I already have two roombas but I purchased this one for my lower level so I would have one on each floor and because it was supposed to be w-fi connected... it did NOT come with the remote as in the picture

Good suction but much louder than my such and will not return to base to recharge unless base is in center of house. My such did not have that issue.

Very easy to set up and use. The Roomba did a really good job cleaning. We were very surprised at how much it picked up for such a small product. It cleaned the edges and under things as well as the open spaces.

My husband and kids got me this Roomba for Christmas knowing I stress about my floors. We live in farm country, have two sons who work on farms, have livestock, and do lots of gardening. So needless to say, we have a lot of dirt that comes into our big, old farmhouse! Fortunately, we have very little carpeting. My daily floor-cleaning schedule was sweep in the morning, and Swiffer twice a day - kitchen, dining, and living rooms, Swiffer bedrooms every few days, and vacuum rugs daily. I steam clean every two weeks. With Sally Sue, she cleans every day for me! She needs to clean in two separate sessions, because the entire upstairs is too big for her battery. So sometimes I alternate days - one day for kitchen, dining, hall, and two bedrooms (all hard floors), and the next day living, central room, and master (area rugs and small carpeted area). And since I'm obsessive about my floors, I still vacuum carpet and rugs daily even when she cleans. And that's okay! She gets all the hair from 3 cats and one dog, and dust bunnies from corners and under beds and furniture. So far, this robot has held up to my rigorous cleaning ritual! Cons are: -She is noisy. I don't start her cleaning if anyone is sleeping or if my husband is working from home. -I have to have the base at the far end of the house and if she's cleaning at the other end, she can't find her way back to dock. If I'm not paying attention, she'll run out of juice and I have to find her. -I still have to vacuum rugs and carpets. There's no way this robot can clean a carpet good enough! These are small things to me and don't matter much. Overall, this robot has saved me time and a lot of work. I don't sweep or Swiffer bedrooms anymore or sweep the kitchen (I will Swiffer the kitchen once in a while because, well, OCD!). Someday, I look forward to getting a newer model, but I am good with my Sally Sue for now!!

We turn it on whenever we leave...love coming home to freshly vacuumed floors! Looks like the maid was here! As a retired couple, we don't like to vacuum. Rooomba does the floors! I did an experiment to see which was better on picking up dirt..Roomba or Hoover vacuum. In one high traffic area, I ran the vacuum. Then put the Roomba in that same area and the Roomba picked up lots of dirt the vacuum missed. In another high traffic area, I turned a Roomba loose, then vacuumed over the same area. The vacuum picked up a slight amount of dirt...sooooo...Roomba wins! I owned a Roomba in my vacation home and at the same time, bought one for my home. Both worked great! I decided to bump up to the model without the brush in my home and gave my old one to my son...he owns a Shepard who blows her coat...works for him! The one at my vacation home gave up the ghost...battery...since it was left without a charge for 2 months. So I replaced it with another Roomba. This one developed a problem that it was constantly stopping because it kicked off it's dirt bin! I called Roomba...spent quite a bit of time with a tech...they could not figure out the problem so they sent me a new one, minus the battery and I sent the old shell back. Excellent customer service. I own an upright vacuum at each home but they rarely get used for floors...only for getting at ceilings, tight areas.

I was so excited to get a Roomba, especially to clean up the pet hair that accumulates between vacuuming. However, I am so disappointed. This is not a pet hair friendly vacuum. I am having to empty the bin and take the rollers out multiple times a day because pet and human hair constantly gets wrapped around the rollers, under the roller end caps, and around the front wheel axel. In addition, I have it scheduled to run every day and yet it doesn't seem to memorize or determine a pattern with the layout of our home. It seems to randomly choose the areas it cleans, missing areas and entire rooms with debri and hair. On top of that, it repeatedly gets stuck in various places, multiple times during each cleaning cycle.

This sweeper works well in large unobstructed areas. It will clean for well over an hour, then return home to charge. But in a room filled with furniture, not so good. The one thing that REALLY annoys me is that it eats electric, speaker and computer wiring. It grabs wires and unplugs them, ever disconnected my computer's ethernet cable. And when it hits a black part of a rug's weave, it stops, thinking it's about to go down stairs. There also times when it attempts to slide under a cabinet, furniture, bed, etc. where the space is not as tall as the Roomba. It pushes until it gets stuck, then is not strong enough to withdraw itself. It then emits an error message. I'd say about half the time I use it, it doesn't come back to the charging station and I have to play "Find The Roomba" So annoying!

We run roomba every other day. Its an "ok" vacuuming, but robot cleans in a chaotic moves, sometimes misses spots. In my opinion it's good is smaller spaces if you can really block or close doors and let him run for 10min. Good with carpet but if you have mat underneath it might have difficulty. Also my roomba is trying to get under furniture even if there is little to no space and then gets stuck.

How many times do I have to tell it to dock before it finally stops and goes straight to the dock? Rewite software to stop cleaning altogether and go to dock when I tell it to. I have told it 5 times now to stop and yet it continues to clean the exact same spot it had just cleaned REPEATEDLY.

I received the 675 for Christmas. It works OK but I wish I had gotten the higher model that would learn the layout of my home and has a camera allowing it to see debris. Mine does just an OK job but misses spots, gets stuck under the couch, and puts around in a weird random pattern that makes no sense. Still, I don't have to do it so ...
