Horrible customer service and brand new roomba will not charge at charging dock.

Doesn’t pick up trash very well

Awesome helper in sweeping up the house.

Works well on hard floor and carpet

excellent roomba, keeps house floor clean every day without fail.

Only way ill ever afford a maid. Helps so much

For the most part I'm very happy with my purchase. I would definitely buy it again. And I would definitely recommend it to other people.

Does I good job, however it can move things on hardwood floors, and is quite noisy when it bangs into things.

Bought as was on sale however it does not go from room to room. In fact would not even go into another area. Disappointed.

The machine stays in one area living room. I always have to put it in different rooms. It has a hard time navigating my 1 bedroom apartment.
