Quiet Operation

Great stove

Poor Installation

Do not order from Sam's Club if RXO is going to deliver the product. I bought this dishwasher a month ago and have had it installed for about three weeks and am still fighting RXO and Samsung to get somebody back out here to finish the installation. They hooked everything up except the security brackets, which apparently they threw away. My dishwasher hangs and tilts out of my cabinetry threatening to topple over every time I want to run a load, let alone merely opening it up. Save yourself the hassle and purchase from Home Depot or Lowes or the like who will actually finish a job and do it right.

Out with the newish, in with the newer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the waterfall died on our 3 year old Samsung and no one inour area to working it, we replaced with this unit. I am much happier with this one. Still get the auto opening door at the end of cycle and even though it's 3 decibels more, it's still very quiet.

Beautiful Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TLDR: Beautiful washer, love the third top rack and the utensil holder :) I would say it's more of a 4.5 star than just a 4, but there are no options for that. The good things - the dishwasher is soo quiet! To the point where I'm questioning if it was even started. That's pretty nice. The esthetics are great too - I got the stainless option and it's beautiful. It has a nice digital countdown that shows up once it's started (an indicator that it's going since it's so quiet). The inside configuration is also great. I love that you can optimize so many aspects of the racks - you can put down some sets of tines if you don't need them or want to put a bigger item in like a large bowl that you don't necessarily need tines for to hold it up, that way they don't get bent like my old dishwasher tines. The middle rack is adjustable which is also nice for larger items on the bottom drawer. I would say I have some oversized pottery barn plates which don't fit in the normal configuration but the adjustable middle rack let's them fit. Additionally the utensil holder is perfect. the guide holes are big enough to fit slightly wider handled utensils and it hold them all nice and neat. And I love that the utensil rack is uniform. It fits my needs perfectly. The two ends of the utensil rack are open so you can put items that don't fit in the other holes there (like peelers, tongs, etc). The third top rack is also great for spatulas and it looks like it may be adjustable too but I haven't figured out if that's true or not. The bad thing about the third top rack is the part of the spatulas that face the top of the dishwasher don't always get cleaned. I think it's because there's not a top water sprayer? (don't quote me on that, I'm not at home to see it). There is a bottom sprayer for the third rack though. There are too many options for me as far as cleaning cycles and I didn't read the manual so I have no idea what each of them does - I just run normal cycles. It's nice that it's a smart dishwasher and connects to my phone so I can easily program start times (ie to run in the middle of the night during non-peak energy usage). All in all I am very satisfied with the washer, however I did get the extended warranty as I've been warned many times that the quality may not be there. I'm hoping they're wrong, but have the insurance jic :)

Had to hire my own installer

RXO was supposed to install my new dishwasher and haul away my old one. The first time they came out, they said I needed to buy a drain extender and counter mounting bracket. This cost me $40 and meant I had to reschedule the instzll. The next visit, they said I needed a longer hose than what they brought. Another $25 and another reschedule. The 3rd time they came out, they couldn't figure out how to get the old dishwasher out so they quit on the job. I had to hire my own installer for an additional $350. So my supposed free install has now cost me more than $400. What a rip-off.

Worst Experience EVER

I have been going through the worst experience with delivery and installation. First delivery machine damaged. Second delivery they told me they couldn't install because my machine was hardwired.They told me to call task rabbit to find someone to install. They took away my old machine. They I got a message fom delivery services RXL telling me to contact vendor I bought it from. I reached out to Sams Online I spent hours trying to reach them by phone. They told me they would have to contact Samsung. Product still not installed I purchased it on May 18th. Todays June 11.

I've had this dishwasher for a little over a year and the items do not always come out clean. Sometimes the silverware, plates, and glasses come out with left over food particles. I often have the items really clean before I run the dishwasher. I clean out the filter weekly. The performance is terrible.

Very quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is very quiet, it fits the days dishes for my family of 5 and we can set it to run at night so it is all done and dry in the morning! The only noise we hear is when the water is going from the pipes to the dishwasher, otherwise it is easy to sleep through. The controls are easy to set and I like being able to set things on the app through my phone.

Great dishwasher with a minor issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great very quiet dishwasher. The only issue we have: the door side panel cracked without any reason and Samsung refused to change the part saying it's not covered by our warranty. It's very sad. Our next dishwasher won't be Samsung
