The Appearance, quality, and the craftsmanship of Samsung appliances is outstanding. We use our dishwasher daily and I am happy I do not have run over night for noise control. I love that I can control my dishwasher from my smart phone. I love all the different cycles. Thank you Samsung for excellent appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m obsessed with this dishwasher! I’ve had several dishwashers over the years, but none as quiet as this one. Our previous appliance banged the dishes around and was literally so loud you could hear it from the second floor. The sleek style fits out recently renovated kitchen perfectly — the dishwasher lays flat next to our walnut cabinets for an uninterrupted sight line. We went with the Samsung stainless black for all our appliances, which completes the modern look. Aside from its near soundless design, the best part may be its spaciousness inside. I can seriously load this thing with a ton of dishes and pots. We’re not the most careful of dishwasher loaders, but everything seems super clean. We use the SmartDry mode. Truly, you can’t go wrong with this choice.

Once we ended up getting this done professionally, it works perfectly. It has a multitude of settings that can be controlled with your phone as well as the device. I am so incredibly happy with this dishwasher that I wish I had gotten it a year ago!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took extra time to make sure I put this dishwasher through its paces. I have a demanding household that is centered around the kitchen. We are cookers and need rely on our dishwasher to get things clean quickly without the need to prewash, or rewash. And this one does the work with ease. StormWash is amazing and attacks everything we have given it, all while being almost completely quiet. At times, I needed to jump up and check just to make sure it was running, that's how quiet it is. Another big addition is the Smart Dry system with automatic door release. The ability for this unit to pop the door open and vent steam also allows for fresh air to circulate through and make sure every bit of water has been taken care of. Finally, the addition of WiFi and SmartThings integration has added a level situational awareness to our house that has help tremendously. Status of the cycle shows up on my Samsung TV, Samsung Refrigerator and Samsung phones. This allows my family to quickly cycle through the next load of dishes that need to be washed. This dishwasher has left us needing or wanting nothing more from an appliance and we look forward to much more use over the next few years.

The open concept living area and kitchen were on our list as we love to entertain. However, the existing dishwasher was just too loud for the heart of our home! We have always had great luck with our Samsung appliances, and we knew that the 42 dBA Smart Dishwasher was going to be a gamechanger for us. Not only is the dishwasher very quiet, but it also integrates nicely into our Smartthings home. Following the simple setup instructions, it wasn't long before we were falling in love with the large capacity, efficient cleaning, quiet operation, and job completion notifications that display on our TVs and smartwatch. The stainless steel finish on the inside is easy to clean and the various rack adjustments make cleaning up after a weekday lunch or weekend party a breeze. Something that really impressed us was the top rack that works perfectly for silverware. We were used to the silverware caddies on almost all dishwashers, and this one still comes with one, but we use the top rack exclusively for silverware. It keeps the silverware separate and it makes does a great job cleaning every fork, spoon, or knife, the first time, every time. Additionally, by not using the silverware caddy, and by utilizing the toolless adjustable racks and rack heights, we are finding that our large places and server ware are able to easily fit in one load. These flexible loading options enable us to reduce the number of loads we run and reduce the manual effort of washing these larger items. I cannot express enough how quiet this machine runs! A few steps away and the machine is practically silent! The Smartthings integration for routines and monitoring the status of jobs and machine status is a much-appreciated feature. Also, the door kicks itself slightly open at the end of the job to help the dishes dry more efficiently, and encourages you to put those dishes away. I cannot recommend this dishwasher enough!

This product was delivered to me on August 14, 2023; the first wash was the beginning of my dissatisfaction with this product. I would not waste your money on this dishwasher; it does not clean well. My dishes come out with food residue after every single wash; due to the hard food disposer it has. After it turns on, it sprays food particles on my dishes, it doesn't rinse off efficiently, and dries the residue onto my dishes. It also leaves a white film on my dishes. I use the platinum dishwashing detergent, as well as the platinum rinse aid, I load the dishes according to their diagram; to no avail. I had 2 different technicians come out and they confirmed that the dishwasher is running normally; which is the exact problem, it sucks. After this run-around, they told me that they would do nothing to help resolve my issue. My point is don't waste your money; choose another product to purchase.

Every thing is so well thought out You can definitely tell Samsung was listening to us and made a special dishwasher to rule all dishwashers lol. Honestly if your on the fence because maybe a dishwasher has let you down in the past. Jump off and Stop doing those dishes by hand. let Samsung jet wash+ this true diamond in the kitchen do the dirty work. It will definitely leave your dishes clean and a smile on your face. First and most important it does a great job cleaning our dishes. The silverware is coming out with a shine we forgot about. This is a nice looking dishwasher on the outside and it cleans dishes however, it's hard to fit taller items and the racks on the inside of the dishwasher are some of the most flimsiest racks I have ever seen in a dishwasher. So use the dishwasher racks with care. Mine have not broken yet but I'm sure it'll happen anytime soon.
