[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try out a new dishwasher that had improvements with drying, as that always seems to be an issue with new dishwashers, including my last dishwasher. After several weeks of use I love the Samsung dishwasher with it's smart dry features! It has several different cleaning and drying options, and I love that it will open at the end of the cycle to improve the dish drying. I've been very happy with the cleaning cycles, there are lots of options to choose from based on your needs, from bottom rack only, to storm wash. I'm also very happy with the rack configuration, it's not overly complicated and is easy to fit all the different dish types on both the top and bottom racks. For those that love Yeti cups as much as me, you can fit a full size Yeti tumbler in the top rack, which was such a pleasant surprise and the only dishwasher I've used that can do that! The stainless finish stays surprisingly clean, even with kids and dog that like to mess with it regularly. The buttons and options are intuitive and I was able to get comfortable with it in short time. I don't see a lot of value in the smart things app for the dishwasher, so haven't used it I highly recommend this dishwasher for anyone looking to upgrade their dishwashing experience and have the dishes actually come out dry after a cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is so quiet, you can hardly hear it running. The top rack is awesome for utensils including chopsticks. The middle rack can be adjusted to fit larger items on the lowest rack. My dishes come out clean, shiny, and dry. There is a digital countdown on the front panel to show the estimated time remaining. The filters on the bottom are easy to remove for quick cleaning.

It is insanely quiet, I can’t even tell when it’s running unless I look at the display that shows the remaining run time. The install was very straight forward, and it is set up to work with my other Samsung appliances through thr SmartThings app. This thing cleans great, and I love the option for drying, as well as how it pops open the door when the cycle is complete in order to allow the dishes to dry completely. It was used to replace a Whirlpool dishwasher that was new when we bought our new house in 2017. This new dishwasher cleans and dries significantly better, even using the same detergent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to have this dishwasher, the smart dryer and storm washing feature along with the auto release door was such great selling features! I love the sleek design and the recessed handle. The fact that it works with the smart things app is amazing. I can connect it to my phone to run when I need. The stainless steel finger print resistant is so great for young kids. The adjustable racks are good and I was excited to use, but they don’t fit any of the items I need them to when adjusted, or the bottom racks fall. The smart dry doesn’t dry out plastic items even with 3 hours runs, I still have to manually dry them. The buggiest concern for me is the racks configuration, they don’t point in a way that allow items to dry/be cleaned. I hope they will continue to improve these racks to match the other upgraded feature that sold me on this dishwasher.

I expected a better experience, but wow, this dishwasher is hands down the best dishwasher I’ve own so far. The finish is sleek and elegant, and perfectly matches other black stainless-steel appliances from Samsung. I love the fact that the control buttons are on top of the dishwasher and not the front, it just makes it look so much nicer than anything else. It does get fingerprints on the finish, but it’s less noticeable than other stainless-steel appliances I’ve own. One of the reason’s you buy this dishwasher is for Smart Things integration, which works great. Connecting it to Smart Things is simple and it’s nice to get notifications, especially when you can’t quite remember if you turned on the dishwasher the night before. Outside of checking the status of the dishwasher, you can make adjustments, but you need to turn on the smart control feature on first. The AutoRelease Door is awesome, it opens quietly and lets out a lot of the moister. By the time the drying cycle is done, the dishes are super dry, It’s amazing. The cleaning performance is top notch. Historically, I’ve pre-cleaning dishes since my other dishwashers haven’t been able to clean dirty dishes well. This dishwasher is able to clean those dirty dishes I would never dream of putting in my old dishwasher. I’ve tried the normal, heavy, and express options, they all seem to do a great job. For reference, I did keep the same dishwasher cleaning pod as my last dishwasher. It's also really, really quiet. My previous dishwashers were so loud, I would never turn it on during the day, I just couldn’t listen to music, have a conversation, or watch TV (Open floor plan). It’s so quiet, I often forget it’s even on when I turn it on during the day and it’s why I call it the cleaning ninja. It’s just so nice to be able to turn it on any time of the day and not have to wait until the night to run the dishwasher. The 3rd top rack is nice to get all your utensils clean, it does take more time to load the utensils on the 3rd rack, but they come out so clean. I leave a space between each utensil and I’ve never had an issue. The 2nd rack has 2 heigh settings, which allows you to either have more space for the 1st or 2nd. I’ve left it on the lower setting, giving more room on the 2nd rack. Plates on the first rack can either be set to be very vertical, but I’ve found that leaning them gives me the best results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the top tray to clean silverware and knives. I seldom use the provided basket which gives me more room for other dishes. The storm wash is handy for cleaning my air fryer baskets and trays and other items that i used to hand scrub. I'm still getting use to the door popping open. I may not need my Clean/Dirty magnet any more. I frequently use the height adjustment on the second rack. This surprised me.But now I can put saucers and desert plates in the second rack making room for larger items on the bottom. 1 month, so far so good. This machine feels bigger than my previous model. I suspect it is the 3rd rack and adjustable 2nd rack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the feature set of this model. It is quiet and the racks well organized. But, we've had installation issues. The unit doesn't fully drain the water at the end. After multiple visits by Samsung techs and plumbers, the issue appears to be with the unit itself. We are waiting on a replacement. I would like to review it again after that occurs and the issues are resolved.

After exactly 13 months (how convenient, just out of warranty) this piece of crap won't spray water at all!! I've checked everything and I cannot figure out the problem! No water means no cleaning! worked great before it didn't! checked to make sure no clogs and there wasn't. hoses all correctly installed so I just don't understand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is very quiet! My family will not notice it is on, but there is a time countdown display, so you can see it's running. There are many menu options. The regular cycles are long (2 hours), but there is a 1 hour quick cycle, cleans very well, but doesn't dry everything (like the tupperware lids) using the quick cycle. With the regular cycles everything dries, which is amazing. It is very sleek and modern. The inside has options to fold down prongs and a high upper third roll out for spatchulas. I can aslo place stem wine glasses and large water bottles on top rack. Overall, it is the best dishwasher I've owned and I'm very happy with it.

I love the design of the upper third rack. The display of the time left and the automatic door that opens after wash is done are awesome feathers.
