In addition, the "Matt Black Steel" panels won't match my dishwasher color either. So now I'm stuck with mix matched appliances. I won't purchase this brand again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well color me impressed. I read the specks and checked the settings but I can't believe how quiet this dishwasher is! I had to stand right next to it and put my ear up next to the door to even hear it running! 42 dBA is barely a whisper and this dishwasher absolutely works at that level. The setup works perfectly to, plenty of room on the lower their for large items like plates and pots, ample space for glasses and cups on the second drawer and the bonus third level for silverware gets everything clean and sparkling! I like home customizable the washes are too, I can do quick wash and get everything washed and drying in under an hour, or if I need to have a deeper clean I can run any one of the normal settings preconfigured on the top control panel. I can also connect the dishwasher to the smart things app and go crazy on the mix of options that is included there. It even alerts me on my tv when it is finished washing a load. The best feature is there is no heating element taking up a ton of space, the washer stem dries and then opens the door automatically to let the dishes air dry, no more drying off dishes as you pack them away. I would highly recommend this dishwasher to anyone looking for a silent, powerful dishwasher that just gets the job done. Well done Samsung! so glad I waited for this one!

The cutlery rack won't take tall items (chopsticks, ladels, wooden spoons). Manufacturers coordinating installers was nonexistent when advertised. Other than that, good product and trustworthy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A beautiful black stainless-steel fingerprint resistant smart dishwasher that is probably the quietest dishwasher that I have ever owned. There have been times where I have forgotten that the dishwasher was actually running, if it wasn’t for the timer display on the front door. My last dishwasher I could hear on the second floor of my house. This dishwasher is full of amazing and options and features which I will go over on my review. This is a smart dishwasher that can be controlled via the Smart things’ application. The app allows you to set the washing features and send that cycle to the dishwasher. The application also allows you to monitor and cancel, pause and the end wash cycle. The app also allows you to download cycles which are not available as button options such as a Baby care, Self-Clean, Pot and Pans and plastic. This washer features 7 wash cycles and a Smart Dry with the auto release door. The smart-dry cycle circulates the warm air and opens the door a few inches for better drying performance and so far, every time that I have used the function, it has worked great. Everything comes out the dishwasher nice and dry. The wash cycles can be paired with High temp wash and the sanitize option. The High temp wash rinse the dishes during the main wash with hot water to improve the cleaning performance and the Sanitize option uses hot water in the final cycle of the wash to sanitize everything. Another key feature of this dishwasher is the StormWash+ option. The StormWash+ option uses the dual arms and the spray jets to deliver more water for a better cleaning performance. I use this feature every time we do our dishes and our dishes could not be any cleaner. One of my favorite features of this dishwasher is the Pre-Blast cycle. The Pre-Blast cycle is about a 10-minute cycle that pretty much removes any stuck-on and stubborn foods. I have tested this feature out with some of our pots and pans before the actual wash cycle and it will remove all those stubborn stuck on food and you will no longer have to rinse anything before placing them in the dishwasher. Overall, my family and I love our new Samsung StormWash+ dishwasher. It has cut out our pre-rinse process and our dishes come out of the dishwasher looking brand new and the best part is that we don’t even know it is working while it’s at hard at work cleaning all of our daily dishes.

I have had this dishwasher for 7 months now and I am disappointed in how much it has started to break down. Let me start with the adjustable prongs on the second rack. This mechanism broke off literally a week after using it. I’ve attempted to reattach it but it continues to just fall off. At this point, the part is sitting in a drawer because it no longer works. Second, I am disappointed that the plastic trim around the door has cracked. It’s 7 months old and it’s already cracked?! Third problem I have with this washer is the prongs are all bent out of shape. I’ve had to adjust them back into place multiple times. A simple bump of a prong and it’s out of place and will not fit a dish. Now this is very quiet and I do enjoy how clean the dishes get. But for a 7 month old product, there shouldn’t be pieces breaking off and cracks on the plastic inner lining on the door panel. I sadly wish at this point I did more research into dishwashers and read the true reviews of this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t realize how loud my old dishwasher was until this new Samsung arrived. It’s so quiet I am wondering if it is actually running sometimes! I also love that when it is done it pops open to let things dry and let the steam out. I always used to do this manually with my old one. I definitely recommend using only the best detergent with it to keep it clean.

The middle rack can be adjusted to fit larger items on the lowest rack. My dishes come out clean, shiny, and dry. There is a digital countdown on the front panel to show the estimated time remaining. The filters on the bottom are easy to remove for quick cleaning.

Assume I will be able to figure all out. They could have made it easier by having a video to walk me through all the buttons and shelves and items.

It became very clear that the dishwasher was too loud, did not always clean the dishes, and was also did not look good in the kitchen. Our new StormWash+ dishwasher is incredible. I can hardly hear the dishwasher when it is on so much so that I forget that it's running. The dishes always come out completely clean and the stainless steel finish is beautiful. If I could give more than five stars, I would!
