I've only had the queen size for a couple of weeks but it has greatly helped with my respiratory problems while sleeping. Very heavy in the shipping box and delivery service would not bring it indoors.....so get some help when setting it up. BTW works with a sleep number mattress.

Works great! My only wish is that I had known that the split king option has the ability to function in unison as a regular king. Had I known I would have gotten this sooner to use with my king mattress. Then once I was ready to use two twin xl mattresses, I would have been set for that option. As it was, I waited to be able to afford the bases, new mattresses and new sheets all at once. This has worked well since my wife and I use very different settings at night. I could do without the massage feature, but otherwise no complaints.

The adjustable frame was exciting because after recent back surgery I needed something to help me get in and out of bed without a lot of pressure on my back. Even with the extenders I am still below my bed frame and have to pull myself up over the edge. This is frustrating. I wish it was taller vs shorter. It also doesn’t adjust quite as explained. The head tilt doesn’t really tilt. There is very little movement there. The massage feature is nice but doesn’t stay running for the duration chosen. So that is also misleading.

It was delivered by FedEx, the box was damage in some places upon delivery. The damages to the cardboard cause two ripped spots on the fabric and I received one damage leg. The manufacturer tape the box well, which is noticeable but FedEx handles the box with the platform bed inside rough. I call the manufacturer and Sam's. They were very helpful. They send another leg and offer to exchange the platform's base but I refuse. Customer service is great I made one phone call and my problem was resolve. My warranty will remain in place which is included in the price of the bed.The platform base has a built in massage for your head and feet, two USB ports on each side of the bed, wireless remote control. I love this bed. I wish I had it long time ago. I gave it a 5 star for the customer service after purchased and how great this bed is. I will never go back to the traditional bed. Only had 2 weeks but good so far. Bought because has lot of features for low price. Like that i can program 2 positions and has batteries in case power goes out. Solidly built. No complaints so far and would recommend based on limited experience.

I am very happy with my purchase for Member's Mark adjustable base. It has USB ports, which was not even mentioned on the add. It came much sooner than was scheduled. Everything works well, just as advertised. I can actually feel the massage features through my 10" memory foam mattress. I couldn't on some I tried in brick and mortar stores and their mattresses were 12".

After several weeks everything is still working great. Very relaxing on a hard day

I have been satisfied with this purchase, easy to put together and easy to use.

I love this adjustable base. Back pains are gone.

Awesome to lift my head and or feet without a million pillows.
