I have been using this HoMedics UV-C humidifier for a couple of weeks now and it works extremely well. It is compact, attractive, and silent and puts out a fine cool mist. I purchased this model because it has the UV-C light to sanitize it. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Homedics Total Comfort UV-C Ultrasonic Humidifier works great in my master bedroom. It just the right size. I have sinus and allergy problems. Once we turn our heat on for the winter, the air in my home gets to dry. This works great to keep moisture in the room. I love the fact the UV-C kills bacteria, mold, and fungus. This help extremely with my allergies. It runs up to 45 hours when filled. Has an auto timer for up to 12 hours. We use it every night at bedtime. There is 3 visible mist settings. It ultra quiet, so it doesn’t effect my sleep. It makes it better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This humidifier is great. It is compact, looks great and is very quiet. We just started using this in my infants room when we had some cold nights and you can definitely tell a difference when the humidifier is on. The air just feels so much easier to breathe. I really like the fact that I don’t have to take this apart to fill the reservoir. We just turn on at night and let it run until it shuts off the next day. I would say that 45 hours of run time seems exaggerated, it’ max 2 nights but with the ease of filing it’s no big deal. The UV light is nice that it keeps everything clean while also doubling as a nightlight!

Purchased April 2024. Used it for a couple months, and then cleaned it out and left it until December 2024 when we started using it again. The unit we use less is still working, but the one we use in our main bedroom is no longer putting out any mist. We followed the directions for cleaning, but are still not getting any output. Not sure what to do now. When it was working, it worked well and was simple to use. If we can figure out how to get it working again, I will be pleased with the units.

Purchased last winter, it was working well. I barely used it this year, then started to when my son had a sore throat. It’s very dry here in winter. I used it a couple nights in a row, then when I turned it on the lights turn red and it shuts itself off. I’ve tried unplugging it for awhile. The tank is full and it had brand new filter cartridges in it. It’s too late to return to the store and Homemedics was unresponsive when I emailed their customer service. For me, this item was a waste of money and frustrating.

I use to change my humidifier every other year and I tried many brand of humidifier but I must say this is one of the best humidifier I have ever used.This Homedics UV-C Ultrasonic Humidifier is new and even more powerful with its UV-C feature.This humidifier is very easy to set up.It is extremely easy to fill this humidifier,water can be filled directly from the top. you can easily fill the humidifier without moving it out of its place. No more water spills all over the place.Since it has the capacity to hold 3.7 L of water which make runtime of this humidifier as long as 35 to 45 hours depending upon the mist setting.It has 3 mist setting level low ,medium and high which provide the flexibility to choose mist according to room size.I loved the Auto shut off timer feature ,you can choose to set the timer for 4,8 or 12 hours,it will shut off automatically if water tank is empty,no water leaks as this model is built very well. This is so quiet and the nightlight feature is nice too. With it UV-C technology it kills possible bacteria, fungus and mold in humidifier’s mist.I use it in my kids bedroom and it makes a tremendous difference.I am planning to order 1 more unit of this for my bedroom. Overall I am very happy with this humidifier-with 3 mist settings, a Auto Shut-Off Timer, easy top fill design ,built-in night light ,large water capacity, you can also use it with essential oils.It also has a nice sleek and compact design what else you can expect.
