I would recommend Swaddlers for Newborns, the absorbency is great, But as they began to grow and start drinking more fluids you have to move on to more super Absorbency such as Baby Dry's. I also loved the wetness indicator it has on them but be careful if they wet just a little bit it will change colors even if the diaper is dry.

These were my favorite diapers to use on my little one. They are so soft and the newborn size have the umbilical cord cut out which was super helpful. I love that they have the wetness indicator so I always knew when it was time for a diaper change. So glad to hear that Pampers is making these in sizes 4 and 5 now as my little one had outgrown them.

There are many great things to say about the Pampers Swaddlers Diapers for Newborns. The wetness indicator teaches you how often to change and what odors to be aware of. Pampers are the only diapers I found with the umbilical cord notch. And the fit/size is great! The only thing I would improve upon is adding "sure fit" elastic in the back.

I've always bought Pampers diapers for my babies. However, with my newest infant, we recently purchased a bad batch of Newborn Swaddlers. Nearly the entire box had a defect concerning the right side tab on 90% of the diapers. It was incredibly frustrating to be up in the middle of the night, changing a newborn, and right when I'm finishing up notice that the diaper can't be fitted properly. Then I'd have to go digging through the box for one without the defect! Diapers are pricey and I feel like the entire purchase was wasted. Again, frustrating. I'm afraid I might encounter the same issue with the next box but since I've always had such a positive experience with Pampers, this one incident won't sway me to another brand. I just wish there was a way to receive a refund for the defective box!

Pampers swaddlers are the best newborn diaper out there. Not only are they absorbent, they fit great, and leave baby dry. There is also a line to show when the baby is wet so you don't have to guess. The diaper is soft to the touch and flexible when positioning it to put on the baby. Definitely our #1 choice of diapers for our newborn.

So disappointed with Pampers—-they used to be the best in the market and were my favorite brand for years. Since last summer, the Swaddlers have been redesigned (poorly) with very sharp-edges yellow tabs that dig right into my child's thighs when she sits or bends, leaving red scratches. Totally unacceptable for what is supposed to be a very soft diaper. Also, they leak often so they are pointless. Switched to Huggies now and am much happier with them. Cute looking and love the scent but these need to go back to their previous design.

My newborn son wears Pampers diapers only. He hasn't had any blowouts or leaks and we are sure that is due to the diapers! We loves the wetness indicator as we were new parents and not too familiar with wet diapers. The guesswork was gone when we saw a blue line appearing on the diaper - that made it so easy!

We love Swaddlers, its the only diaper we trust on our baby girl. We have yet to have a leak, (in 5 months), and even overnight it keeps her clean and dry. As a little one, we started off with the preemie size, and loved the umbilical cord notch so we didn't have to fold as much of the diaper over :) Thanks Pampers :)
