Extremely flavorful cheese with a soft but not too soft texture. Makes amazing sandwiches and goes well with crackers. Just the rught amount of smoky flavor.

A cheap poor quality version for Dutchmark Gouda. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Lately, many Member's Mark products are poor quality knook-offs of name brands.

I'm very disappointed with the quality and taste of this cheese. Is a waste of money if you compare to the one for sale in Costco (also their members mark)

I love this stuff. It's mildly smoked, high-quality gouda and it is so smooth and creamy! It tastes fantastic. The biggest problem is that, if you have a nice cheese slicer and just sit there and cut off thin wafers of it and eat them it is almost impossible to stop until you are plugged up tighter than a champagne bottle.

I’ll buy this block of cheese about twice a month. Taste great and good deal. Sometimes I’ll place a slice of it in my tomato soup along with a slice of American cheese. Makes the soup nice and cheesy. The Gouda doesn’t disintegrate and stays nice a pliable with a good chewy texture. I’ll also make a grilled cheese sandwich with it too.

I ALWAYS think “It’s very Gouda!” But not this case. After opening and trying it, I thought maybe I accidentally purchased the reg Gouda. So I double checked the wrapper. I could have got a piece of a bad batch, but I’ve had WAY better Smoked Gouda.

Love the taste of this! It grates well and melts easily!
