I purchased this cheese about 2 months ago and I'm so glad I did. I was initially concerned about it keeping long enough for me to use it all before it went bad, because it is a very rich tasting cheese. However, I simply wrapped the unused portion in plastic and it has kept beautifully for 2 months so far. It's great for snacking, as well as, using in your favorite recipes. It's well worth the purchase!

Member's Mark Naturally Hardwood Smoked Gouda has been one of my favorite cheeses for a very long time. It's smooth taste and consistency is only outshined but the value for your money. Whether you shred it into salads and main dishes or slice an eat directly from the package you will not be disappointed.
