Not so Good. Lots of preservatives.

Not smoked and yummy tasing. Rather bland aside from the tangy flavor from the preservatives. Why add nasty harmful gut bacteria killers to ‘naturally smoked' cheese? Shelf life should be long enough if you have a clean process.
