This is a smooth, great tasting cheese. Great in recipes or eating alone. One of my favorite cheeses out there!

Love this cheese, difficult to get from the store, though. It seems the only way to get it is to have a pick-up, it's not on the shelf.

I guess I made a mistake and thought I was getting a good brand of smoked cheese when I got it home it was not what I thought it was

very good but not as flavor as i would have liked. Dogs loved it thought if your into cheese treating your dogs with small bites of cheese.

Taste is great, block of cheese just the right size for burgers and sandwiches. One of the best smoked flavors of cheese on the market.
