The prime filet from Sam's is the best. As good as any meat from any butcher shop or boutique grocery, at a fraction of the cost. The only time I have been disappointed is the rare occasion when they don't have prime filet.

These cook up deliciously on a flat-top griddle. Simply flip every 90 seconds until your desired doneness. I remove them from the heat when an instant-read meat thermometer reaches 128 F for perfect mediums.

It was inedible. No flavor or texture. It was like mush in the middle. Wonder if they are injecting blood or water in it. Just a terrible waste of $80.00

So the prime fillets are the best you can find anywhere. I marinated mine using a vacuum sealer vacuum sealer, prior to putting on the pellet grill. The can't be beat.

The filet mignon was tender, juicy, and flavorful. It cooked evenly and had a buttery texture that made it stand out. Great quality for the price and I will definitely purchase again.

These tender, flavorful steaks are perfectly portioned, and pretty much always available in the Prime steak section of the case when I’m shopping. I can always count on Sam’s!
