These filets were excellent. Tender and full of great beef flavor.

Not that good even though its supposed to be the best cut.

Perfect on the grill we added a little garlic butter asparagus on the side, so delicious.

Overall the filets were superb. Only one steak had a small grisly area that we trimmed off.
