Not that great for filet mignon. I got enough to feed eight of us and nobody finished theirs. A three maybe too high.

Excellent steaks. Cooked them the sous vide way and they were so tender, you could cut them with a butter knife.

We love the Prime Beef from Sam's Club. We eat these tenderloins every 2 weeks or so and also love the little slider burgers too.

We always buy our steaks from sam's. They quality is always perfect! These steaks are always thick and coom perfectly.

For prime grade beef, I would have expected better. Two of the four steaks were very lousy and irregular cuts.

Steaks were fresh. I trimmed to remove small amount of silverskin which is usually present on beef tenderloin.

We love the quality and taste of Sam’s Club filets. My husband and I share one and freeze the rest . They are just as delicious even after freezing.

We did a reverse sear on these steaks and they were delicious! So tender you didn’t even need a knife!
