Way to much fat, weighed it out after trimming, netted approximately 8oz

The filets were tender, but also full of gristle and had a weird flavor. Nobody in my family liked them.

Had silver skin and big pieces of fat on it. Barely got 2 decent size streaks out of an almost 3 lbs pack

Very badly cut, inconsistent sizes. Not a good value for the price given half of the meat wasn't serviceable as steak and had to turned into stew.

Delicious. Will definitely treat ourselves again

Typical bait and switch. They look great but when you turn them over nothing but fat.
