Usually the baked goods are great, but these were hard and stale tasting. They had little to no flavor and honestly were some of the worst cupcakes we have ever had.

We threw it in the trash. It had nothing to do with the photo. It had a neon pink cream and looked extremely artificial. I was embarrassed for my son's school. No one from customer service cared even though I wrote a complaint. The whole process was a disappointment

Great and tasty cupcakes especially for daycare and school parties. Here are my cons though: - When buying 30+ cupcakes it is obviously for a party. 99% for kids. It doesn’t help when only some cupcakes have little toy decorations and kids fight about it. - Would be nice to have all vanilla or all chocolate option and not just half and half. - Cupcakes are smaller than normal size which is perfect for kids but they sink into the little tray. You literally have to stick your fingers into the frosting to dig them out or push from the bottom of the tray to push it up and try and grab it before it poops out. Either way messy and messes up the look. Tray itself is very flimsy for such a huge amount of cupcakes. - Transporting such a huge tray of delicately frosted baked goods is better when they fit right in the container and container actually closes. This was not the case with mine and a bunch of cupcakes got smooshed and frosting got all over. So overall - I have no complains about the actual cupcakes. Packaging needs a lot of work. So if you take them home get ready to get your hands dirty before you get to eat them.

These are the yummiest cupcakes I've ever tasted. The Grinch theme was perfect for my holiday entertaining. (Grinch, Cindy Lou Who and Maxx decor carefully placed on each cupcake) The price was far better than most other bakeries in my area. I am going to return to Sam's for all my bakery needs.

These cupcakes were a big hit for my son's birthday party with his classmates. The decorations were bright, festive and perfect for the occasion. Each cupcake was moist, flavorful and not overly sweet. I appreciated the variety in frosting colors and designs- it made the display look great on the table. The quantity was just right foe the whole class, and the packaging kept everything fresh and intact.

Cupcakes are delicious. Adults and kids love them and they are always a big hit at parties and fundraisers. I love purchasing them for our school bake sale and they always go fast. The frosting doesn't taste artificial or greasy like many other brands I've purchased. They also look appetizing.

The cupcakes tasted very good. However they were not decorated as pictured. Just plain colored icing. It was a pickup item so there wasn’t anything I could do bout it. I was a little disappointed because they were for my sons preschool Christmas party and I was expecting something a little more fancy, like what was pictured.

Absolutely delicious! The buttercream icing is like we remembered growing up, creamy with the right amount of sweetness (not overly sweet like you find all too often). We bought them for a party and they were a hit with young and old alike. We would definitely purchase again.
