These are the best all season tires I've owned! have had them on my F150 for 2 years now and still have plenty of tread - Amazing traction in the Colorado snow/ice! I also tow a trailer and they are sturdy built tires! I don't understand how anyone can complain of these being a noisy tire in the reviews that I read. They are an extremely quite and comfortable ride even at 80psi when towing (275/70/18 E 10ply tires) Would buy them again!

I owned a set of Michelins on a Volvo I once owned. Now that I have a daughter and I am concerned about her safety more than my own and she needed good tires I bought her the best that I once knew of: Michelin. If I can afford them for my wife, (she's the primary driver in our home), her next set of tires will be Michelins also.

These are the smoothest riding tires I have had on my 4x4 pickup since I purchased it in 2002. One of the things that amazed me the most was that when they were mounted and balanced, only one of the four tires needed a small weight to balance. The rest required no weights at all!!! Still no weights added at the subsequent rotations and rebalances!! Quality! Quality! Quality! My first set of Michelin's and certainly not my last!!!!!

These are my favorite SUV tires and have bought two sets. They are on my 1998 4 wheel drive Blazer and like my last set, are wearing like iron! They still have lots of tread left even after 40,000 miles, and never hydroplanes in heavy rain. Mileage also improved over the set previously on it, and you can"t beat the traction. They took very little weight to initially balance, and are still smooth. Well worth the cost.

Third set of the Defender LTX M/S tires on two diesel pickups used to tow approximately 15,000 # fifth wheels. They are quiet, great wet traction and decent in snow. These tires are not designed to routinely run up and down wet dirt/muddy roads, through fields or Upper Peninsula winters. Love these tires and that is why I am a repeat customer. As with any brand & model tire the vehicle must be in alignment to include the frame or there will be abnormal wear. As with any brand & model tire if the tires are not properly inflated there will be abnormal wear. Proper inflation does not mean pressuring the tire to the maximum number located on the sidewall either.

This is the third set of LTX M/S I've owned and I will not ever own anything else! These tires are perfect for my truck ,long interstate drives or getting a little mud on my tires makes no difference with these babies! My dad always taught me the two most important things on a vehicle were the tires and brakes. He also said your going to get what you pay for, which I didn't always follow his advise. I took the cheaper route and it always cost me more in the end. LTX Michelins will out last and ride smoother then any tire on the market and thats why this guy will never buy anything else. I have almost 60,000 miles on these tires. Tread depth shows they should be good for another 15,000 miles. Vehicle is a Ford f-350 crewcab with powerstroke diesel. Very good tread wear for this heavy vehicle. Wet traction is excellent, and winter/snow is very good. I often recommend the LTX M/S to individuals looking for a good all around tire. (LTX M/S 2 is latest edition of this tire and is supposed to have even more of all the things I like about this tire. That WILL BE the next set of tires put on my truck!).

I bought a certified preowned Highlander and it came with new tires from another company. After a 6 months or so of not doing a good job of keeping the tires properly inflated it developed edges on the blocks of the tread that made the most annoying sounds while driving. I put the Michellins on and it reduced the noise level dramatically. I was very satisfied and they lasted a long time too.

I have had 3 sets of Defenders on my 2006 4Runner and I they were great tires for 210,000 miles. I decided to buy a set for my 2018 Grand Cherokee. I made a expensive mistake. They are very loud and very rough riding. They have changed the whole demeaner of my SUV. I have only had them for a week and about 500 miles but I have talked to the dealer about changing tires. He suggested Latitude Touring which was the OEM tire on my Jeep. I only got 29,000 miles out of those. I really need to find a solution. Can I change out for the Premier series? Thanks

I purchased this set of tires in 2006 and they have provided excellent service. The mileage and traction these tires provide is the best of any other tire I have owned. This set of tires has 60,000 miles plus and are still going. I regularly tow my boat with this SUV and found there traction both on the road and at the boat ramp to be very good.
