Solid quality, great company

Bought one for my wife to use to replace her old laptop. I am pleased with it and really every aspect of it for the price. I'll be buying a second one for myself. I'm a huge ASUS fan and have enjoyed four different computers from them over the years, all with solid quality. This model seems to be no different. Asus is clearly focused on providing a good product, and it shows.

Missing Microsoft Software when bought

I'm a novice when it comes to computers and did not buy software protection plan. I only bought the hardware plan. So when I tried to get this laptop to find my new printer, that when I had to pay for help! There was missing Microsoft Software that was never installed!!! Oh I have been told that it is a great gaming computer but I haven't got to play any games yet. Yes my 90 days return period was up! Beware if you buy it check out all tge software and buy both protection plans. If they don't offer both then don't buy it! I wouldn't recommend it!
