Thanks a lot for the help. My laptop doesn't lag as bad now.

I thought this was going to be a great gaming laptop to play the Sims on but at times it runs choppy and the colors aren’t as vibrant as I thought they would be. Also it says it has a 10 hour battery life and mine doesn’t even last an hour unplugged. I’m also not sure if all of the Sims games I own downloaded because I saw a few the other day that I swore I already had and it said to purchase beside them when it should’ve said in library. I also saw the same exact laptop for less than I paid the other day so I’m not sure what I should do, should I call them or just take it back?

Very short battery life, graphics not good.

Love the unit itself once I figured out the wooly-booga navigation of Windows 11. 

The name rings true; it's Tuf like the old Panasonic Toughbooks from long ago; without the aesthetic "appeal" of a Terminator deuce. 

Overall, very pleased. Will (and have) recommend(ed) it to friends and family I like...
