I layered these unboiled ravioli (both packs) like a lasagna - with 2 jars of sauce (sausage & peppers flavor), dollops of ricotta (large tub), and a combo of Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Covered with foil and baked for an hour at 350°. I used a deep tin foil lasagna pan, and it was perfect with 3 layers. Very, very good! Everyone loved it, especially kids who didn’t even notice the spinach with all the cheese! Not a diet dish, but it’s pretty rich, so a little goes a long way.

got these because I like cheese filled ravioli. It was basically inedible to me. I couldn't figure out way it had this sweet flavor. Ingredients led me to believe it's chicory root added to increase fiber content. Not an ingredient I would normally see in a ricotta cheese mixture and did not like it all. I tossed the second container.

I am genuinely shocked by all the positive reviews! I know everyone has different taste, but these are SWEET. It's like they can't decide whether they're an entree or dessert. Sweet and grassy, almost like matcha, but not in a good way. The texture of the inside is almost like putty. We couldn't finish a pot of them, and the second container will go in the trash.

Absolutely delicious. Sautéed garlic, red pepper flakes and capers in olive oil for sauce and sprinkled with parmesan. LOVE IT!!
