I divided this ravioli into servings and froze it. To thaw it out, I put it in the refrigerator a day before I needed it. It tastes as good thawed as it does fresh. I toss the ravioli in a very light, creamy lemon sauce, and it's delicious every time.

I’ve purchased several spinach and cheese ravioli (fresh and frozen) from various stores, our favorite being from Costco. These fell flat. The filling is pretty gross, the texture is bad and the flavor is lacking. This is generally my kids’ favorite meal and none of them came close to finishing. I won’t purchase again.

I purchased this product and planned to use it on 12/22/23. It has a best used by date of 1/16/2023. When I opened it on 12/21 it was completely moldy. I reached out per the website and sent a photo of the product and dated package. I was told I had to have the receipt to be reimbursed. Supposedly they are going to find the receipt and email it to me and the I am suppose to contact them again to ask for reimbursement. In general I expect better and especially after MANY years as a Business member. Guess my patronage isn't worth $10 +/-. :-(

Great fresh taste. Delicious with pesto sauce as well as with alfredo sauce
