so many Keto breads are powdery, this has some substance and doesn't fall apart.

I wish the loaf was larger, but I toast it and it taste great. My body appreciates the reduced sugar.

There are better brands out there that are zero carbs, but this is not bad. It works good for things like French toast or such where you're not really depending on the flavor of the bread. The price is right though. That's why I gave it 4 instead of 3 stars.

The metrics in the ingredients panel looked good, but these loaves are not worth it. They're too small and oddly shaped for sandwiches. Also, they are flavorless, like eating soft cardboard. Would not recommend.

The bread had expired by a day. Was very disappointed in Sam’s and the bread vendor for selling bread that was one day past the sell by date. Who wants 2 loaves of very expensive expired bread?
