I know better than to have someone else pick out meat or produce but I was tight on time. These were horrible. Soooo much fat and gristle. I had to discard over half of these.

Cheap cut of meat but cooked low and slow these are delicious. Yes, there is a significant amount of fat but most renders with cooking. Excellent buy!

The top of the ribs in the package looked meaty but turned out to be mostly fat when I got home. Better description of this product would be extra wide bacon

These ribs are great if you cook them correctly.. and I do. My family cannot enough of them. Add in slaw, baker or fries (all done in the Foodi -Grill so easy cleanup.)

Not what I expected. Had bones in them, mostly fat, not what I have bought in the past. I did online ordering and curbside pickup, will never order these again without picking out myself. I almost put them back in the package and drove back to the store. Very disappointing!

Based on the description, I was anticipating BONE IN ribs, which I've purchased in the past from other retailers. Out of 6 pounds of meat, there were 2 with bones. And 1 was 2 inches thick, too thick to cook as a rib. The rest were just sliced boneless shoulder roast. Ribs were on the menu for Christmas dinner. Instead I had to pull something from the freezer. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

My wife and I were impressed. Make sure to cook them long enough to get tender and have the meat fall apart. I might try 2 1/2 hrs at 350 next time. They are ready to eat after 1 hr 45 min but are a touch firm. We did a dry rub and then added a layer of BBQ sauce for last half hr. We also lined a pan with thick foil for cleanup and used an elevated cookie rack to allow the ribs to cook from top and bottom.

We love these. I buy them often. What I buy looks like the picture of the advertisement. What they send me in a pick up is this! I paid the amount. The same thing with the chub hamburger. I have a good eye and pick up what looks good. I am surprised they let this out the door. I would recommend if you pick it out yourself.
