This did not mention in the description that it had bones. It can be with or without, these are with. This has as much fat as you would expect from bacon. When I rolled it over sideways, it looked exactly like a fatty piece of bacon. I probably would have looked for a more meaty package if it was bacon but the way it is placed in the package you can't see the bone or the magnitude of the marble. If I slow cook it in the crockpot it will be fine, definitely fall apart and be tasty. It will look more like carnitas than ribs though.

I normally am pleased with Sam's Club's meats, but these were definitely the exception. There was too much fat, and we didn't like the taste. Maybe if we had slow-cooked them or grilled them they would have turned out differently, but making them in the oven was not a good choice.
