We slow cooked our ribs with bbq sauce and they were amazing. Not too fatty.

Cooked in crock pot very tender, fat comes off easy in crock pot

Some gristle a lot of fat and some were a little tough but great flavor too.

Looked good until you take them out of package and - VERY fatty.

Meaty but shrinks a lot during grilling.

I have always bought this in the past and is consistently fresh & tender. yum!
