I really wanted to like this fridge with no handles and the design. However, ever since we've had it, anything in the back of the fridge gets frozen. I take out salads and carrots all the time that are completely ice coated and frozen. I've turned it up to 39* which is about as high as I want to go, still have the same problem. It's counter depth so already not very spacious, add that you can't put anything in the back and even worse! The ice maker also pours a ton of ice out all the time that ends up all over the floor. I end up apologizing to guests and telling them how horrible the ice maker is on the fridge that it always does that.

I like the controls on the inside the refrig door. It's not a large refrigerator but it works good for my wife and me. In fact the only thing I would have liked to see is a motion activated light in the water/ice dispenser that turns on a light as I'm filling Ice or water. Also if you have narrow mouth glasses the water jet can hit your hand instead of the glass so I have to rotate the glass so my fingers are to the back hitting the lever which pushes the glass far enough out... But pretty minor stuff...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is quite a large refrigerator. We like it. There is a lot of room to put everything. The only thing I would like added was a little butter compartment, but other than that it's great. The ice maker makes good size ice. We don't use the water dispenser itself, but it has great flow the times we have hit it by accident. The finish is nice and shiny. I have some stainless steel cleaner that works great. One annoying thing is the main shelves aren't too adjustable, but the configuration works for us.

Counter depth at only 36" width but still plenty of storage inside and parts look more substantial than my previous Bosch that kept breaking inside with frail plastic connectors Only negative would be the water dispenser not as cold as desired but that why the ice dispenser is one button away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Counter depth side-by-side refrigerator from Samsung is perfect for the location it is going in. With a little tight clearance, the lack of handles is a plus for me. The clean lines with the vertical reveal lends a more contemporary look, perfect for my kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using the fridge for 6 months now and it's been great! The fridge side has a lot of shelves, even on the door. Changing the water filter is very swift. The freezer side is a bit more narrow but easy to work around. I've maker is very consistent. The hidden handle does leave fingerprints on the front of the door, but is easily wiped away. Overall a very solid fridge!
