[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We chose this model over others because of the great reviews on the Samsung Bespoke line. We've only had it a week but it's already proven to be a great purchase, for three main reasons. First the in-door pitcher is awesome because it eliminates the visual clutter of the through-the-door dispenser and ensures you always have not just one serving, but five or more servings of chilled filtered water at the ready. What a time saver when setting the dinner table! The second reason we love it is the capacity of the fridge door bins. We were worried a counter-depth side-by-side with a beverage center would have insufficient storage on the door but this is definitely not an issue. Lastly, the freezer layout turns out to be very functional, again despite the slight reduction in cubic feet because of the counter depth. We actually think counter-depth is THE way to go on any side-by-side because you'll never lose sight of whatever is in the back of the fridge or freezer. Also the vertical storage is a huge improvement over the drawer-style lower freezers, which tend to accumulate crumbs, dirt and hair (yuck!) from having people stand over them and digging around. We can't speak to longevity yet but we got the five-year warranty and have our fingers crossed we will get lucky this time around!

The finish doesn't hide prints very well, but I live alone, so it works all right. I wish that the freezer was a little larger. It feels really small overall, but I was able to tetris everything in all right.

Love the non fingerprint surface, no handles, and counter depth. Very nice looking fridge, fits so much better than old fridge. The shelves are all accessible, easy to reach, plenty of space, still 36 inches wide. It cooled off within a few hours of being plugged in and dropped ice already. Very happy with our purchase, so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great refrigerator for smaller homes or if you want your refrigerator at the counter depth. The inside lights are nice and bright and there's a lot of space in the door containers and in the refrigerator and freezer. This product is brand new so we'll see how it does overtime but it's cooling off nicely right after set up and fits as expected.

We were hesitant about ordering a refrigerator from Sam's Club on-line, but we glad we did. This counter depth side-by-side refrigerator was exactly what we were looking for. The interior is more than spacious for us and it is very quiet. Also, we love the flat doors without the handles. The delivery went smoothly. They let us know the day they will deliver, and on the day of delivery, they called us that they would be there in 15 minutes, which gave us time to remove everything from the old fridge. From the time they brought the fridge into the house, connect it to a water line, take all the plastic wrappings off, and made sure the new fridge was in its correct position, it was no more than 20 minutes max. These guys were very efficient and we were pleased that none of our food got spoiled. We will definitely purchase on-line from Sam's Club again.

Finish to wear fingerprints don't stick. I don't have a lot of condensation on my foods, and the Ergonomics of us are great

I am very impressed with our new fridge! It cools all over and not just in a few extra cold spots in the fridge. The water and ice work great and I can even fill my cup while the fridge side is open. I also really like no large handles sticking out, but the handles are inside the center of the door. The fingerprint resistant finish is great also.

I'm so happy with my new Samsung refrigerator! It looks beautiful in my kitchen, has plenty of space, and keeps everything nice and cold. I especially love how modern and sleek it looks, and the features are very convenient and easy to use. So far, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and stylish refrigerator!

I like the smart feature accessibility, it connects to the smart things app and let's me know if the refrigerator is open for a long time. the water filter is also easy to change. i never had a problem with the cooling and dont see the condensation that much. the overall ergonomics and finish of the refrigerator is a plus
