[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great coffee. It didn’t have a bitter taste and had the right amount of dark color that I like when brewing coffee. I didn’t even have to use creamer or sugar. I drink a lot of coffee so having s big bag helps out.

First time purchase Review. I was familiar with Organic Sumatra from BJS which is quite nice so I was attempting to compare them but it doesn't work like that apparently. Both have completely different flavors. Copper Moon tastes exactly like it is described on the label. Herbal and Earthy - Very earthy in fact. The scent of the coffee brewing is also unique, almost chemical or medicinal. I used a 180* drip method to brew. It was interesting and totally different flavor from all prior brands I have tried and there are many. My impression is Deep-not Dark, very Earthy like dark spices or licorice and leaves. It was ok but not my favorite. I am now making COLD Brew and I am sure that will be much more enjoyable for my taste. I use 3 cups ground coffee and 6 cups filtered water x 2 days. The end result is concentrated so you need 1 c brew and 1 c water over ice.

hi, am a new customer I have a question I was wondering if guys can sell not roasted coffee? I see those on the market are says roasted but I need to roast is by my self.thanks kesit.

I saw that Copper Moon is primarily a subscription coffee. I was interested when sams carried the Sumatra. Now I order it regularly. I have also tried their Guatemala coffee. Both are high quality, great price through Sams

At first i couldnt taste anything from this coffee, then i tried it in french press, thats the trick! there was flavor, yay! but it gives me terrible hot flashes, its not organic :(

This coffee has a deep blend of flavor. I would say this leans more toward the darker side of a medium roast, which is a big plus for me. Definitely worth a try and will order in the future!
