These are absolutely the best shelving for the money i have found anywhere and believe me i have looked everywhere. If anyone complains about these they are not so bright... I use them in my 2 auto repair shops and i have 16 on these units, They save space, look great and hold a ton on each shelf...

This is the second one we've bought, and this one is better than the first. The crossbeam supports are now pinned, so it takes literally zero tools to put it together and everything aligns really quickly. Usually when these things are updated they get worse. This one got better!

Purchased this for storage shelving for our business. It is not as heavy duty as some (that are twice the price), but plenty sturdy for all the boxes I will be storing. Easy to put together as well. I bought two and made three attached shelving units out of it since you can attache the shelves to either side of the side brace. This gave me two units with three shelves and one with two shelves. Remember that you don't have to put the lowest shelf near the floor. I placed it abut 18" above the ground so that I could store boxes under the first shelf as well. It is worth the money and I would buy it again.

I thought I was getting a heavy duty shelf, especially since it’s costly, but it feels so flimsy. Some of the slats didn’t lock into place, even after using the mallet. Although the set up took about 20 mins, I was disappointed. Even the wire racks are flimsy and don’t lock into place, they just move around. The last shelf that we purchased for $100 less was more sturdy that this, and was heavier. I don’t know why that one is out of stock and have been for weeks with none being added any time soon, but this big, expensive, illusion is plentiful. Had the box not been collected for recycling, I would have returned it and just waited or shopped somewhere else.

I looked at every option out there. Local, online, all the places one could find something like this. I research like crazy before buying anything. So, let me tell you a few things I found out. 1) No tools required assemble, with the exception if you plan to anchor it to the wall. 2) Better capacity than any of the competitors. 2,500 pounds per shelf. The best I could find in any of competitors was 2,000 with most topping out at just 1,500 pounds per shelf. 3) Assembly of the first one took me about 45 minutes. That includes taking every piece out of the box and reading the directions prior to actually putting it together. I had to take off 3 shelves and adjust them to a better height. I included that time in the assembly. The second one only took me 10 minutes. 4) I will be buying more of these as soon as they are back in stock. The price point is more than $50 in savings and better quality than you'll find elsewhere!

Bought two online and had them shipped. Arrived in two days by FedEx but one arrived with a small crease in the upright that a piece of wood and a hammer fixed and hid by placing the banged up one against the wall. Needed two more and decided to purchase from a big box Home Improvement store since it’s only an hours drive away and I wanted to finish the job this weekend. Compared to the Sams Members Mark ones, those where of inferior quality and cost twice as much. Took them back for a full refund and drive an additional hour to SAMS.

LOVE this storage rack! It was easy to assemble, but has solid construction and holds heavy items with ease. No worries about bent rails, shaky construction, or anything. I could lay on this and it wouldn't move at all. Love it and highly recommend it!

Rack is sturdy and well built. Pretty simple to put together and has hardware to attach to the wall for safety. Only negative was the box was pretty flimsy and tore up from shipping once it got to me. But it's steel, so it's not like it was going to be easy to damage...

The end pieces were welded together crooked. This caused the whole set of shelves to be off. It is impossible to get the pegs for the shelf supports in, and the grates for the shelves would not fit in. Unfortunately, there is no way to know all of this until you are most of the way done. I would have returned them, but I do not have any way to haul them.

Ordered two Member's Mark 4-self Industrial Storage Racks. They were in boxes that were big, bulky and quite heavy. Had to borrow a mini van with seats removed to transport home. Once home, they were lugged up a flight of stairs to a walk in attic on the second floor. . Once the boxes were opened and assembly was to begin, it was discovered that one of the side support systems on one of the racks had failed to be welded. This required the rack to be disassembled, returned to box, secured in box, transported back down the stairs, back into the back of the borrowed mini van and returned to store for a replacement. Luckily, there was one available in the store but this requires a repeat of the whole pick-up, transport, assemble ordeal.
