Received "tree" without any leaves whatsoever. Do it looks nothing like the picture. We planted it but wondering if it'll survive.

I got this tree about a week ago. I already have leaves growing. I would recommend this peach tree. Now hoping for beautiful peaches.

Arrived well package, it’s about 5 feet 8 inches tall as tall as my son. I live in Arizona, I hope it does well. Has about 5 leaves on it. I’ll see if you if I can update review in later date. It arrived a day earlier than expected.
