Overall, it is a good chair. However, the one we got, the arms don't match the chair as they go with the black and red one. however, it wasn't worth the hassle to drive 45 minutes to return/exchange it so we just went with it.

Chair is extremely comfortable and very pleasing aesthetically, however... the sound had a humming in the background that started on the second day and the sound quit working entirely after less than 2 weeks. We are returning ASAP.

3 months out and it is falling apart at the seems. Taking it back today for a refund and exchanging it for something different. Hopefully the next one holds up better.

We bought the chair for my son as a Christmas gift and it hasn't been a month and the chair ripped. I should've returned it the first day we put it together it just didn't seem strong enough and I was right.. I rather pay more as long as I know it will last long term. I will return to Sam's today

Ordered this as a last minute Christmas gift for my 11 year old son. I ordered on 12/20 and had it by 12/23. I was happy with the quality of the chair and very easy to assemble. My son loves the chair especially the Bluetooth feature, speaker quality, and vibration. Now I have to get one for my 17 year old nephew. This was a Christmas hit!

Chair leans back well enough and has decent audio and cushion quality. Headphone jack started cutting out after one or two uses. Bluetooth still works fine. No hight adjustment at all, and I had to add oil to the hinge so we could lean without squeaking. One of those, "plant and never move it", kinds of chairs. Heavy and difficult to scoot closer or away from desk if you have a confined space.

This was a Christmas gift for my son. The headphone Jack didn’t secure cord correctly. Tried to contact manufacturer, email-no response. Called-on hold as “First in Line” forever. Phone never answered. I don’t think anyone works there. Horrible customer service. Would not buy from this manufacturer again. Next step is to return to the store. Sam’s can work it out

we would have loved to give this a 5. unfortunately, my grandson has had it for less than a month and it stays here at our home. he hasn't used it much and its literally coming apart at the seams and no its not a weight thing. it shouldn't be coming apart after just 3 weeks..... when it came, i noticed that the soft material, although nice, seemed too weak. he hasn't even plugged it in with its special features. already called to return it to the store.

Bought this for my son for Christmas. Turns out he wanted a chair with wheels so I ended up putting in my office instead. This chair is quite possibly the most uncomfortable chair ever made! My butt actually gets sore after sitting in it for more than 5 minutes because of the silly angles on the sides and in the back of the seat that apply pressure in incredibly uncomfortable ways. I would literally rather sit on the floor, on a bee hive or in an actual fire than sit in this chair. All these people giving this chair high ratings must be using it for just a speaker and not actually sitting in it! Save your money and just sit on an actual speaker, it will be way more comfortable!

Nice item, but i wish the speakers were facing forward in the head rest instead of on the sides.
