I bought a gaming chair from Wayfair back in may and nothing compared to this one!! This gaming chair has better quality the fact that it even has built in speaker is a huge plus!!

Purchased the chair for my son for Christmas and the AUX plug broke after 3 weeks. Tried contacting customer service (4 calls and 3 emails) but no response. Still trying.

Purchased as a gift for my grandsons. The first one had a broken connection, had to return and reorder. Second one was fully operational. Boys like it very much.

I bought this for my 70lb son for Christmas and 3 months later the seam is already torn apart. Completely ripped. It is not from mid use. My kid is tiny! Total piece of junk.

Was going to save for a Christmas gift but the box is quite large so decided to put together. The chair is very nice, easy to put together/hookup, great sound, & son likes it! Can't comment on the longevity of it but first impression overall is good & would have given 5 stars. Unfortunately, the chair we received has a hole in it and wasn't stitched correctly.

I bought two of these less than 2 years ago and the upholstery is ripped at the seams. The stitching has failed on both of them.

I bought this chair for my 11-year old gamer. It was super easy to put together and connect to Bluetooth. However, the only disappointment is that the sound quality is HORRIBLE! ...could barely hear!

Chair is comfortable, sound is great but no Bluetooth option. Cool color options. The ability to move around is limited if the chair is connected to the system. If you connect headphones to the chair, you can’t use the mic.
