I bought this fridge in January and it has been great. I use it mostly for canned drinks and it is a nice addition to the kitchen area. Finishes are nice and it seems to be efficient. The unit stopped working, but I am working with customer service to sort out the issues. They have been very helpful and I am pleased with the process to get the fridge back to good and/or receive a replacement. Thank you for the support!

Unfortunately my experience with this refrigerator is not positive. Our unit worked for a few months and then stopped holding the temperature. We worked with customer service to resolve the issue by replacing parts but still it did not work. Since it was under warranty we were sent a second into but that one didn't work out of the box. So the unit isn't functional but the new air customer service is very helpful. Just wish the products were as reliable as the customer service.

I wanted a mini-refrigerator for my office and I wanted something that looked nice and would fit under a large desk. This certainly has fit the bill. The fridge runs well and the stainless steel and glass looks great. I did have to replace one part that went out, but Customer service was very responsive and replace the part free of charge right away. really glad I bought this little fridge!

We bought this last summer and it worked great for us all season long. When we were ready to use it this season it would not run. I reached out to Anthony in Customer Service and he sent me information on how to identify the problem. We discovered it was the temperature sensor. NewAir is covering the cost of the replacement part and shipping because we are a good customer. This is greatly appreciated and Anthony has been awesome to deal with and resolve the problem promptly.

I purchased this cooler six months ago. After six months of use in my small theater room the item stopped working. Prior to failing the item functioned as it should and even received multiple compliments from friends who were visiting. Customer service is sending out a new unit and Miguel was very helpful with this warranty claim. Thanks again.

This is a awesome product. This refridgerator is very stylish, durable, and keeps drinks ice cold ! Customer service is beyond help with all questions and concerns. I will continue to buy their products in the future and will be recommending this company to everyone. Great products and great company! What more could you want!

I bought this unit in November and was very pleased with it! Holds a ton of beverages, is easy to load. Fast forward to March our unit stopped working and I was disappointed since it hadn't even been six months. I sent an email to Newair support and I have never had better service!! The response was quick, there was no haggling or begging for help. They asked a few questions and diagnosed the issue. I will be receiving the part to replace and if this doesn't fix the issue they will replace my unit. So, despite there being an issue with the unit itself their desire to make things right makes this a fabulous unit to have! I will only be with out my beverage cooler for a little bit- so in my opinion for the price and the service this is an excellent unit to invest in.

I bought the first one and it did not cool as advertised. NewAir replaced it at no charge, it didn't cool much better. I bought a battery powered computer fan and placed it inside with the cans. That made it cool much better, they need a fan for circulation inside. However, the replaced fridge died four months later. They are replacing it but I have to pay shipping.

My unit worked fine for a couple of months and then quit cooling. After a couple of friendly emails with Gabby in customer service I was shipped a replacement unit along with instructions for returning the old unit prepaid! The replacement unit is working great and I couldn't be happier!!

The first unit that I received died after a few weeks. I contacted customer service and was treated very well. My rep, Elmer, shipped a new unit out to me promptly and paid for the shipping. Unfortunately FedEx lost that one. So a third unit was shipped to me. I've had it for about a month now and it seems to be functioning properly. It keeps my beverages in my home office chilled to about 37 degrees. The shelving is flexible to accommodate different combinations of bottles and cans, depending on your beverage choices. I like the interior light, the glass door and the stainless steel trim. It does make some sounds (clicks, humming) which are noticeable if you are in the same room but it isn't excessive.
