I purchased this cooler six months ago. After six months of use in my small theater room the item stopped working. Prior to failing the item functioned as it should and even received multiple compliments from friends who were visiting. Customer service is sending out a new unit and Miguel was very helpful with this warranty claim. Thanks again.

I have been looking at beverage units for a long time and finally pulled the trigger on this one. It's a great sized unit and fits perfectly in my office, the adjustable shelves make it super easy for people like myself that has a lot of 16oz cans as well as 12oz ones. Would 100% purchase again!

I bought this unit a few months ago and it worked great and kept our beverages really cold! But we had an issue with the light and noticed the unit also getting very hot. NewAir was extremely responsive and so easy work with shipping us a new unit to replace the malfunctioning one. We were so impressed by their level of service and quick responses to email exchanges. Very quiet and keeps drinks very cold

This is not working. It's on max, it's making a big noise anytime and the drinks are not cold.

Great quality and perfect for a commercial coffee island. My staff loves it.

Not cold enough waters are at room temperature even at max temperature set.

I mean I just hooked up this fridge and the inside temp (no gauge) is cool to the touch and is pretty quiet. I like the LED light and hope it suffices lighting up my drinks. I added a table so it'd be off the floor in our office. Sorry, this pic uploaded like this and I tried fixing it but this site is whack when uploading,
