I bought this unit a few months ago and it worked great and kept our beverages really cold! But we had an issue with the light and noticed the unit also getting very hot. NewAir was extremely responsive and so easy work with shipping us a new unit to replace the malfunctioning one. We were so impressed by their level of service and quick responses to email exchanges. Thank you new air.

I love this fridge, because it frees up so much space in my refrigerator. I put, soda, water, juice boxes and beer in it. It saves me from having the the kids going in and out of our refrigerator in the Kitchen. My kids love it too, because we always have something cold on hand. I love the light in it, it's just and over all great fridge. This is an awesome item and my only regret is I didn't get a bigger one. Maybe some day I'll upgrade to their bigger one and a wine bottle one. Thank you NewAir!!!

My unit worked fine for a couple of months and then quit cooling. After a couple of friendly emails with Gabby in customer service I was shipped a replacement unit along with instructions for returning the old unit prepaid! The replacement unit is working great and I couldn't be happier!!

Bought this five months ago. Nice stainless and glass exterior. Quiet. Worked well for beer and white wine chilling. Inside LED light with manual on/off switch is nice feature. Good capacity. Compressor stopped running due to probable failure of temperature sensor. It's an easy swap out and the manufacturer is sending out a replacement part and is even waiving the typical shipping and tax charges in exchange for this voluntary review.

I bought our mini-refrigerator in November of 2020. My guests absolutely loved it. Its adjustable chrome shelves is also a plus. The exterior is a black stainless steel with a glass door. Another neat feature is the interior light enabling guests to view the inventory prior to opening the door.

I always ended up fighting for space in our main fridge for my sodas, waters, and beer. I decided to purchase this beverage fridge to alleviate that constant battle and I am glad I did. It has been so nice having perfectly chilled cans of my favorite drink stocked and ready to go. This thing takes up minimal space, looks nice, and does a great job of keeping my drinks cold. I am super happy I pulled the trigger on this NewAir fridge...it is by far the best thing I have purchased all year.

I bought this unit in November and was very pleased with it! Holds a ton of beverages, is easy to load. Fast forward to March our unit stopped working and I was disappointed since it hadn't even been six months. I sent an email to Newair support and I have never had better service!! The response was quick, there was no haggling or begging for help. They asked a few questions and diagnosed the issue. I will be receiving the part to replace and if this doesn't fix the issue they will replace my unit. So, despite there being an issue with the unit itself their desire to make things right makes this a fabulous unit to have! I will only be with out my beverage cooler for a little bit- so in my opinion for the price and the service this is an excellent unit to invest in.

This is a awesome product. This refridgerator is very stylish, durable, and keeps drinks ice cold ! Customer service is beyond help with all questions and concerns. I will continue to buy their products in the future and will be recommending this company to everyone. Great products and great company! What more could you want!

The fridge gets cold quick and stays cold, with a quiet compressor for the room i have it in. I had a problem with the thermostat on the fridge and I contacted the support staff and got back with me in 6 hours to give the assistance i needed to get it back up and running. Bottom line, i would recommend this fridge and the support staff.

We bought this last summer and it worked great for us all season long. When we were ready to use it this season it would not run. I reached out to Anthony in Customer Service and he sent me information on how to identify the problem. We discovered it was the temperature sensor. NewAir is covering the cost of the replacement part and shipping because we are a good customer. This is greatly appreciated and Anthony has been awesome to deal with and resolve the problem promptly.
