So happy with the customer service! They were incredibly quick to answer my question about the fridge bc I couldn't figure out a piece that fell out upon arrival. They notated on a picture I sent them so I would easily understand. Thankful for their quick responses and patience with my questions!

Great fridge worked very well did exactly what I needed it to. When I had a problem I quickly contacted customer service and they have been extremely helpful. I would highly recommend if you need more room in your fridge and don't want beer can taking all the room up

This is a great little fridge. Looks so much better than those in stock HD fridges. This just happened to be the perfect size for the area I had. It's not too loud. You can hear it for sure but you don't need to turn up the TV when it kicks on. I had mine for about 10 months before the temperature sensor broke. I called NewAir and they sent me out a new sensor to replace it. I'll let you know how hard it was to replace. I think the key is to not over load the fridge especially the top shelf. It has a tendency to get too cold. I lost a few sodas & beers when they froze and popped. It goes from Off to 7 on the settings. I found the best setting is about 5.5. Keeps everything around 40 degrees. I recommend this if your looking for a nice well rounded cooler that hold quite a bit of cans.

Used this beverage cooler to keep my drinks cold. This Fridge is build well and fits a lot of drinks. It did a fantastic job. However, i started to have issues. i called customer service and they took care of the issue immediately. Great customer service! I Highly recommend Newair products.

The temperature sensor went out on my unit while it was under warranty and Newair replaced free. It just went out again and Newair is sending me a brand new unit. My unit is not under warranty now. Best customer service around. That is standing behind you product and customers.

I ordered this refrigerator and we have loved it for the kids teen room. We had an issue with it and the customer service person was very easy to get a hold of and very quickly remediated the issue. It's unusual to have such good customer service these days!

I purchased this fridge about 6 months ago and am really happy with the quality, how it looks, and the organization of the shelves inside. I appreciate the glass front and it keeps our drinks cold. I just started having issues with a sensor and Newair was helpful and responsive with getting it fixed quickly.

We like the stylish look and capacity size of our NewAir Beverage Cooler. I purchased it as a gift for my husband's mancave, and it fits nice in the cabinet unit. We did experienced a power issue with the unit and we're working with customer service to obtain a replacement unit.

Received this as a Christmas gift, really enjoyed the convenience of a small drink cooler and liked the design/capacity, however, after ten months the unit stopped working. Customer service was great in that they are replacing it under warranty and, in exchange for this review, will be covering the return shipping charges. Hopefully the replacement won't have any issues.

The customer service was a bit frustrating as the fridge was not even 2 months old & a lot of diagnostic on our part. Totally understand that there are people who don't try to diagnose before calling in so it is the typical process. Other than that the customer service was great and very efficient. Thank you
