Received this as a Christmas gift, really enjoyed the convenience of a small drink cooler and liked the design/capacity, however, after ten months the unit stopped working. Customer service was great in that they are replacing it under warranty and, in exchange for this review, will be covering the return shipping charges. Hopefully the replacement won't have any issues.

I recently purchased this unit. It has been working well. I had a small issue with a sensor. And the customer support was very helpful. They were able to replace the faulty part. I recommend this product to others. And id definitely purchase again in the future.

My son uses this for his room and loves the clear door and that overall very quiet for his room and compact that it doesn't take up tons of room. Also we had an issue reached out to customer service and they helped us walk through and fix our problem. So thankful for great help.

We use this product specifically for beverages to have a variety of options for our guests. I love the sleek look and that it can hold up to 90 cans, but yet still fit in a smaller-sized kitchen. The glass door with the light on the inside, makes this fridge look so fancy. :) Also I love the different temperature settings. It keeps my drinks COLD!

I recently purchased the Newair 90 Can Freestanding Beverage Fridge in Stainless Steel, with Adjustable Shelves, and I'm very impressed with its performance. This fridge is perfect for storing beverages in my home office, and the adjustable shelves are a great feature that allows me to customize the storage to fit my needs.

This fridge was a great unit up until about a week ago when we noticed that it did not cool anymore. I read that there was a 1 year manufacturer warranty so I contacted Newair and Melissa was happy to help with the issue. She gave us instructions on some things to try and when those did not work she then put in for a replacement unit for us. If you have any issue do not hesitate to reach out as customer service is fantastic! Thank you Newair!

Bought this model in July 2021. Compressor quit May 2022. Fern at NewAir said she'd send us a replacement (850AB) but we had to send the original one back. We used the replacement box and a prepaid label from FedEx, and plugged in the replacement. Five hours later the temp never got below 50°. Now we're waiting to hear back from management about a refund. We went through proper channels, managed to get a heavy fridge out of a box, the first one in the box and dropped off for pick up. This model must be defective, and we've decided not to give NewAir another opportunity to send us another defective fridge. I have to say that Fern has been helpful, but NewAir needs to make this right immediately.

We were happy when we got it and then it stoped working after approx 7 months. I contacted customer service and they had some questions to determine why. They are sending me a part. They always reply to my emails and seem to want to help fix it. They have been great to deal with so far.

The newair 90 can beverage fridge has been a great addition to our kitchen and allows us to free up space in our main fridge by being able to keep our can and bottle beverages in it. We have recieved many complimants on it from guest for it's design and look. We have recently had an issue with the temeprautre sensor, but newair support team quickly helped us identify the problem and are sending us a replacement part.

I've had the product for about 3 weeks and am very happy with it. The stainless steel and glass front really looks nice. The noise level is very low - not noticeable if you aren't paying attention. Its temperature settings work great and keeps all my beverages nice and cold. There is a light on the inside that you can turn on or off if you want - looks kind of cool with the light on but you have the option to keep it off too. Overall, I'm completely happy with this product and would recommend it.
