We have this for our kids in the pool table room. Love it and it worked great up until it didn't. Customer service was very quick to respond (even prompting me to respond quicker to them) and solve my problem, sending me the replacement part. All businesses should take a lesson. Thank you, Newair!

We were happy when we got it and then it stoped working after approx 7 months. I contacted customer service and they had some questions to determine why. They are sending me a part. They always reply to my emails and seem to want to help fix it. They have been great to deal with so far.

This unit is in use in a custom tool truck that we built. i must say this as my job is to help customers with issues on their units that the interaction I have had with your company has been fantastic. You are attentive and response times have been far better than that of other vendors that I deal with. Your willingness to go that extra 15 feet makes your company a bright shining star in an otherwise gloomy night.

We recently renovated our basement and created a "movie theater" room. I purchased this fridge as a beverage fridge to add to our snack bar area. It is the perfect fit in our cabinet and has enough space for almost 100 drinks! I love giving our guests a variety of beverage options so this fridge is perfect! I would highly recommend it.

We purchased the Newair 90 Can beverage cooler as a way to store cold soda cans and water bottles in our upstairs entertainment room. It is stylish, solidly built and keeps our drinks cold. Things we really like about it are its temperature dial, optional accent light and adjustable wire frame shelving.

My wife and I got this fridge to put in our new kitchen island. It was a perfect fit and is quiet. Anything fits well inside with the removable shelving. We have put beer, wine, soda, and waters. Everything fits without a problem. About 10 months after using it, a part has gone bad. I e-mailed customer service and they got back to me right away with the new part. They were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this fridge!

Bought this model in July 2021. Compressor quit May 2022. Fern at NewAir said she'd send us a replacement (850AB) but we had to send the original one back. We used the replacement box and a prepaid label from FedEx, and plugged in the replacement. Five hours later the temp never got below 50°. Now we're waiting to hear back from management about a refund. We went through proper channels, managed to get a heavy fridge out of a box, the first one in the box and dropped off for pick up. This model must be defective, and we've decided not to give NewAir another opportunity to send us another defective fridge. I have to say that Fern has been helpful, but NewAir needs to make this right immediately.

I bought this frig for a beverage station in my kitchen. I absolutely love it! It looks great and holds a good amount of beverages. 11 months after purchase it quit cooling. Customer service was quick to provide a trouble shooting procedure to determine the issue. They say it's the temperature sensor and not the condenser. I hope they are right. They are sending a new sensor under warranty. I can't wait to get it working again. It's so handy to have and frees up a lot of space in my regular refrigerator. Would have been a five star if it hadn't quit cooling so soon after purchase.

This fridge was a great unit up until about a week ago when we noticed that it did not cool anymore. I read that there was a 1 year manufacturer warranty so I contacted Newair and Melissa was happy to help with the issue. She gave us instructions on some things to try and when those did not work she then put in for a replacement unit for us. If you have any issue do not hesitate to reach out as customer service is fantastic! Thank you Newair!

The temperature sensor went out on my unit while it was under warranty and Newair replaced free. It just went out again and Newair is sending me a brand new unit. My unit is not under warranty now. Best customer service around. That is standing behind you product and customers.
