I ordered in app and did a store pick up. This is NOT hotel premium as described. I received a regular Members Mark 12” mattress. I did not realize it until it was too late, I had it out of the box and the plastic was off. I would not have accepted this at the store if I had known. I actually passed up this item in the store wanting the better “Hotel Premier” product. Sam’s Club misrepresented this product and it’s too late for me to return, I had no way of getting it back to my vehicle after it was unrolled. I’m very disappointed

The mattress feels like it's already getting a permanent sag in it after only a month. But I guess you got what you pay for.

Member's Mark 12" Firm Memory foam mattress is exactly what I've been searching for in a mattress. It's consistently firm across the entire mattress and does not sag in the middle.

Great mattress! Well made and this is our second queen purchase of same mattress. The medium firmness is just right. Feels plush and comfortable. Beats any high end $1000+ mattress. You won't regret it. We use it on a platform and it's perfect!

Super comfy! Cant beat the price especially during the Memorial Day sale. I considered one of these for a couple years and finally did it, like sleeping in a luxury hotel now.

Ordered 6/6/24 still waiting sleeping on floor because they sent wrong bed and wont answer after we tried to get problem corrected.Dont do business with these people.My rate is-0.

This was bought for my 88-year-old petite mother. She has an adjustable-head bed. She said this is the most comfortable bed she has ever had! We are very happy with this mattress and recommend it.

This matters wasn't very good. It was way too firm even though it said medium firmness. It was like a rock. Caused awful back pain and the fumes that came off of it were horrendous.

This not what is advertised. If you are looking for medium firm this is not it! It's like sleeping on the pillow. It totally flattens when you lay on it. We end up laying on the slats of the bed. We are getting rid of as soon as possible.

I wanted to try it because it was such a good price but I only had for a few days and used the hydraulic base once and mattress top material got a wrinkle in it that wouldn’t go away once flattened out.
