I purchased this mattress quickly online without spending much time reading its description. Just a lot of satisfied comments and an attractive price. If I had known it was a "bed in a box" I probably would have passed it over in favor of a traditional mattress. When it arrived, I was surprised and nearly returned it without opening the box, but after rereading a lot of happy online comments, I decided to give it a try. This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned and I look forward to many happy years with it.

I hesitated in buying a new mattress for several months. There are SO many options out there, all of them claiming to be the best. I spent lots of time researching prices and pros/cons for several brands. Friends of mine told me I would never get a decent mattress for under $1,000. Well, I am here to say they were wrong! I am so happy with my decision to go with this one. This is definitely the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. When I first laid down on it, it seemed too soft, but that was because I didn’t give it the full 24 hours to fluff up. Now It’s firm, but not too firm. Soft, but not too soft. It’s just perfect for me with a history of back issues. I’ve been sleeping so well since I got it. Thanks for making an affordable option that is still so amazing! I would 10/10 recommend.

Need help, FedEx did not deliver because they said it was damaged. Both FedEx AND Sams club have been INVESTIGATING for 3 weeks. Please can I have my 400 bucks back or another mattress! I need this for next weekend. It has been a month since they took my money.

Very Comfortable! I was a skeptical because it came in a "box" but this mattress is truly a great purchase! I ordered the firm king and it is just right! It has the right amount of firmness/softness (if you wlil). I am really enjoying it and so is my husband - who is very hard to please when it comes to mattresses! My daughter got this bed recently and loves it. I bought it for my spare room and my brother-in law who is a big guy, has been staying in there, also loves it. Now I'm buying a full size for the other spare bed. I'll see what my guests say when they come to visit.

Great mattress, first time on anything before with springs. 2 back surgeries and 5 mattresses later, THIS one is letting me get some sleep finally. I don't know who the people are that read this , but if you have back problems, this one so far has done a good job.

Two nights used and it created a wrinkle in centre.

This matters wasn't very good. It was way too firm even though it said medium firmness. It was like a rock. Caused awful back pain and the fumes that came off of it were horrendous.

This might be a very good mattress if it fit. This Twin XL is 40 inches wide. The Mattress will not make Split King (4 inches of overhanging for the pair). NOT GOOD

Great mattress! Well made and this is our second queen purchase of same mattress. The medium firmness is just right. Feels plush and comfortable. Beats any high end $1000+ mattress. You won't regret it. We use it on a platform and it's perfect!
