I bought the full size mattress on sale and it's already developed rises in the middle of the mattress, it's one inch wider than my bed frame and instead of the supposed 12 inches , mine only came up to 10 inches…in short a total piece of worthless crap!!!

I was disappointed with my new mattress. I thought I was buying a conventional type mattress and was surprised when I received it . It was described as a hotel type mattress but i having never seen one like it in a hotel and unlike other bed in a box type you can’t just return it . But , it is reasonably comfortable

Better than expected. I did NOT like memory form mattress because I prefer firmer mattress with steadily support. I hate the endless sinking feeling that my husband's old memory form had as well as others I have tried. But this memory form mattress from Sam's does not give me that sinking, unstable, wobble feeling when in bed. I choose firm and to me it's medium. But good enough. I think firm is ideal for face-up sleepers but less ideal for side sleepers. The remaining question is how long can it stay in shape without becoming too soft or even collapsing.

So I’ve only ever owned cheap spring mattresses they were way too firm and I’ve had back problems for as long as I can remember and I’m only 27. We got this mattress and I woke up so refreshed feeling. I need something that helps my pressure points and this did it! It does not sink me in but it curves to my body very lightly. I’m a side sleeper so this helped so much. I normally wake up with side pain and not anymore. Never woke in the middle of the night like I normally do. Both my kids have memory foam already but they’re twin mattresses so when we are ready to upgrade them I’d love to buy them the Members Mark one!! I never had any issues with a smell like the other reviewer and I only waited 24 hours it got up to 12 inches immediately but I still waited a day. Thank you Sam’s for selling an affordable comfortable mattress!

I was a bit spectical at first about buying a Sam's Club (Member's Mark) branded mattress at such a low price. I've always had a Sealy, Serta or a Sterns & Foster. I figured that it wouldn't be any good. But I read the reviews and decided to give it a try and boy am I glad I did! This mattress is AWESOME!!! I've had two spinal disc surgeries about 4 years ago and finding a comfortable mattress, with the right support, has been a challenge to say the least. I've been sleeping on a $2,000 Sterns & Foster for the past 4 years that was supposed to be "top of the line" in comfort, but even that mattress doesn't come anywhere close the true comfort of this one. I purchased the Queen size at about 10 in the morning and even though on the Sam's Club website it recommends that you allow the mattress a full 48 hours to conform to it's full size, mine was fully conformed in a matter of a few hours. I was able to sleep on it that same night. It was the first fully restful night's sleep I've gotten since my surgeries. It's nice and plush, but not so soft that you sink into the middle of it. It's got just the right amount of firmness for that much needed support. I've always been a hot sleeper and I found this mattress keeps me at a cool level of comfort all night long. I don't think I can say anything else about it other than it's just a really good mattress, and for the price, you just can't beat it!

**** Full size, Firm **** If you’re looking for a firm mattress, this is not the one to buy. The mattress I received could be considered "medium" at best, which was a major disappointment. Unfortunately, my frustration didn’t end there—it only increased when I tried to return the item. I contacted Sam’s Club to request a return. Given the mattress’s size and that it had expanded after unboxing, I asked them to arrange a pickup. They agreed and scheduled one with AIT delivery service. But after more than three weeks, I’m still waiting for them to confirm a pickup time. During this period, I’ve reached out to Sam’s Club four additional times. Each time, they claimed that AIT had tried to call me, but I hadn’t answered—which isn’t accurate. I made sure to answer every call, and there were no voicemails left, which would have been expected if I missed a call. Sam’s Club also assured me that AIT would contact me by both phone and email, but I haven’t received any emails (I checked my spam folder too). It feels like there is a complete lack of coordination between Sam’s Club and AIT. In my latest conversation with Sam’s Club, they promised AIT would contact me within seven days, but at this point, I don’t have much faith in their word. My takeaway from this experience: Avoid buying any freight item from Sam’s Club. I had a similar issue with a previous Sam’s Club delivery, where a “white glove” item was simply left at my front door. Although they gave me a 10% refund for the inconvenience, I ended up spending more just to bring it inside and set it up.

Buyers beware! This mattress is comfortable in the center, however mine never formed on the sides. We waited 52 hours to get on it but it never took. Since then I've been trying to get a refund or a replacement on it but sam's refuses to take care of it. They keep saying they need to pick it up before they will issue me a refund but THEY WON'T PICK IT UP. I keep calling over and over and over again to get it scheduled but they keep telling me i have to wait to be contacted. Sam's club online customer service is by far THE WORST customer service i have ever dealt with. For everyday purchases, Sams is great. But if you're looking to make a large purchase with a "warranty" i strongly suggest you buy elsewhere. Sams does not stand behind their product and they make it outrageously difficult to get help.

Mattress is far too soft you will end up with severe neck pains. The mattress has completely compressed and now I am experiencing both neck and back pains. This all even though I didn't sit or sleep on it for 72 hrs. after opening. This scenario is absolutely absurd and very disappointing

I have had this mattress for a month and so far I really like it. It had a slight odor upon opening but I left the fan on as it fluffed up and the smell went away fairly quickly. It was not bothersome at all. I was used to a very firm mattress so this one was an adjustment but I actually like this one much better than any others I have tried. It is soft enough on top and firm enough underneath for good support. I have been sleeping better on this mattress than others I have tried or bought in the past. It is very reasonably priced and I am very happy with it. I highly recommend.

I bought this mattress in May of 2025. My grandchildren came and stayed a week in Oct of 2025. I have enclosed pictures of what the mattress looked like after that week, I could not iron the bumps down, I could not smooth the bumps down and they showed when the bed was made up. Look really tacky. I was shocked and surprised as Sam's products are usually some of the best. I always shop Sam's before going somewhere else. Sam's did send a pickup company to get the mattress and I did not have to take it to the store.
