That is completely gone with this mattress! I love that it has a cooling effect to it as well. No more waking up sweaty! It is all around amazing and I love it! I can't wait to get one for my daughter. I highly recommend it and you won't be disappointed!

It holds its shape for me and my spouse I’m no longer rolling to the middle when sleeping! He has back problems and this mattress is greatly helping reduce the back pain he suffers from! It's I love the high quality material it's is made from. I am surprised how thick it is. I thought by the way it was packed it wouldn't be that thick, boy I was surprised! I love this mattress. It was easy to set up and very durable. If your in the market for a comfortable well made mattress I would definitely recommend this one.

This mattress is very firm and it’s great on my back. Not only that, but it’s quite refreshing. I tend to get hot a lot at night and sweat, but the fabric is breathable and fresh. It has a cooling effect. It’s not too big and bulky either. It’s a great mattress!

So the opportunity to try something different was much needed. This matress is great. I like how cool it is to sleep on. I haven't overheated at night like I have on other mattresses. I am falling asleep right away and staying comfy throughout the entire night. I tend to get hot when I sleep and this mattress helps me stay cool. I wake up feeling refreshed with no aches or pains. When my husband moves I don't feel the bed move. I love that it was packed rolled up to make it very easy to get into the house and into my bedroom before opening. I would definitely recommend this mattress and look forward to my continued nights of comfort and coolness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is pretty hefty. It weighs about 90 pounds. It took two people to end over end it up the stairs. Once you get it out of the box don't unroll it from the outer plastic until you have it in place where you want it to go. Once I had it on top of my queen box springs which was on top of a platform i started to unroll the outer plastic. I could here it already hissing a little, so that meant it was starting to expand. It stated on the handbook that it would take 24 to 48 hours to fully inflate. It had fully inflated less than 24 hours to me. I would use a box springs or platform not both. I am using both and it is so high. Since the mattress is 12 inches, the box spring is almost that and the platform is about 1 and a half to 2 feet of the ground. The puts the mattress at my stomach and i'm 5'4. The Member's mark Hotel premier collection mattress is really comfortable. It forms to my body in about 5 mins of laying on it. If i turn over it re forms to my body. I really enjoy the cooling effects on my body from the mattress. I am a hot natured person and this bed kept me cool all night. It feels like you are sleeping on clouds. I would love to try this out in a king size bed as well. I really slept well on this mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Hotel Premier Collection Member's Mark 12-Inch Mattress last week it came wrapped up and in a large box. Once i got it out and unwrapped it didnt take any time for it to get to its full size. It is extremely comfortable and well worth the price. Im thinking about getting some more to replace my kids bed now.

If you like camping and love that feeling of sleeping on a slightly deflated air mattress with virtually no support..... then this mattress is for you! I'm actually embarrassed that I bought this for company to sleep on. The reviews were not good. RETURNING.
