It came in a box and I really wasn't sure how comfortable it would be. After opening the box and taking the plastic off the bed took shape. I have a bad back and this mattress provides a supportive rest for me. It's more firm but also soft. It has provided some much needed sleep at night. Now I want to purchase one for my guest room. These are amazing quality and I'm sure will hold up for years. I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a new mattress to give this one a try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my new mattress for two weeks. This mattress is really nice . It comes in a box and inflates within minutes of taking it out of the box. The style is very nice. I really like how it has a cooling mattress cover around the whole mattress . This mattress is not firm it’s the perfect memory foam mattress. It’s soft and really has helped me get an amazing full nights sleep since I started using it. My back and neck hurt much less than before having this mattress. This brand is really great! I can tell it’s durable and will be used a very long time. I’ve slept on a few mattresses this one is the best .

I bought it to replace my very comfortable conventional mattress that I have had for almost 10 years. I wasn't sure that this one would be as comfortable but I was pleasantly surprised. This is my first experience with this type of mattress so I wasn't sure what to expect. It is very soft and comfortable, but also firm enough to provide a great night of sleep without tossing and turning. It has nice support for my lower back which has reduced the normal morning pains that I have had in the past. This is a great product and I highly recommend it to anyone.

My partner can sleep better on it, no complaining except from me. He rolls towards the wall all the time, comfortable of course. I'm short and bottom heavy so this being 12 inches thick I had to roll a specific way to get off it. The whole thing took less than 24 -48 hours to fluff up! Our bedding goes great with it.

This mattress is awesome. My wife convinced me that we needed a new mattress, and as usual, she was right. I was skeptical about this one, as the price seemed too good to be true. We had always had a traditional coil spring mattress, and from the beginning I wanted to not like this mattress, but it was wonderful starting with the first night. I am a hot sleeper, and was concerned about the things I had heard about memory foam being hot. That has not been an issue with this mattress, and I have slept like a baby each night!

It provide excellent support and good sleep. I would say this is a medium-firmness, and I really want to get the king size, too!

This mattress design delivers comfort and relieves back pain, i personally recommend because my body aches and difficulty to sleep disappeared from the first day i start using it. The texture is soft and the material quality and touch is pretty good. It results in a good nights sleep, ideal for anyone. The upper layer is firm but very gently to our body. I love the memory foam it definitely turned my restless nights into sleeping through the night. I love that it has like a cooling gel so I can stay cool while sleeping. When I received the mattress it was rolled up and I was like there is no way this thing is going to be comfortable. As I laid it out onto my box spring and it unfolded it bounced right up and rose in the air and created this big beautiful mattress. I was completely surprised that this box had such a big item inside. I was skeptical to think, there is no way I'm gonna feel comfortable on an item like this. Well let me tell you I laid down on that bed and WOW, I really didn't want to get up. This mattress was so comfortable honestly like the best mattress I have ever owned. You can tell, on the first couple finches, that the material is memory foam-like. For back pain, you need a firm bed that maintains your back line. This bed was fantastic for that. A nice combination of comfortable and firm. Very easy to unpack and place on bed.
