Shipped exactly as stated, packaged great, no issues. We didn't set it up right away, had to finish building the deck. All set up now, and enjoying it!!!

I love this hot tub! It’s very lux and has great jet power. All of the features makes this tub a great bargain! It’s the cheapest I found for what you get and I’ve researched for a year before purchasing. I’m extremely happy with it and it shipped a month before it was scheduled to!

I use this hot tub way more than I thought I would. The lounge seat with the leg and feet jets is the best thing EVER. I look forward to getting in after a long, stressful day at the office. This is my second time owning a hot tub and this one is by far more enjoyable than the first one.

Great price and easy installation. The pumps could be more powerful. If all the jets are vavled in the pressure in low.

Only had it for a year and started leak, now we’re stuck with a yard ornament and can’t get rid of it.

This is a great (if basic) tub as far as ease of operation, efficiency, and comfort go. We really loved it for the first 3 years. But now, after 3 years, it is leaking from a jet somewhere and we will probably have to replace it since it is not really designed to for such things to be repaired, as far as we can tell. A 3 year lifespan is sad; I don't think we would try this again.

Disappointed .. it didn’t even last a full 3 years. Out of warranty after 2. I thought this was a great deal.
