Came rolled up and supposed to fill out after 72 hrs. One end was really crushed and hasn't completely come out of it even after 7 days. Still hoping...given more time...it will completely fill out. Otherwise it is a very nice mattress.

The box it came in made it easy to move to the room we were going to use it in. Comfy and great price! My wife immediately had relief in her back pain.

Bought 2 Queen sized Hotel Premier mattresses several years ago and both are still like new with daily use. One replaced a 250 pound olympic queen pillow top deluxe top of the line mattress that was 20 years old. This new mattress, at a fraction of the cost, is just as comfortable. If it lasts half as long it will be a bargain. When opened in the morning it inflated completely by night with no noticeable outgassing smell. We would very much buy again!

Bought this mattress on 02/06/2023. It is now 3 years old and it is junk. A year ago it started to bunch up in places, and now sags with no support. From the sounds of others comments, no point in trying to get warranty service. Both my wife and I now have back problems.

If firm is this soft, I would hate to imagine sleeping on the ultra plush. This mattress is so soft it is ridiculous. softer than my soft old foam mattress. returning as soon as possible. if you like soft mattresses that come delivered in an easy box rolled up- this is for you.

It's been a little over a year and we absolutely love this mattress. Putting on fitted sheets can take a little effort because of the weight, but no other complaints. Waking with no dull lower back pain was our primary goal and this firm mattress is the perfect for us!
