I am experiencing lower back pain when I wake up in the morning. I will not get another mattress with memory foam again. I’m looking for a bed topper that is firm to try and even it out. So disappointed by the description and positive reviews. I would rather sleep on the couch (Which is what I’m doing now) or have my old 20 plus year old mattress back.

Had this mattress now for about 3days. It’s exactly what it states itself to be as a “hotel premier” mattress. Now let me explain. Have you ever been to a hotel and the beds are really soft, whether through years of use or the type of mattress it is? Well this is exactly that. Can I get into bed and knock out? Yessir! However in my case, I wake up with super back pains. I typically sleep on a firm bed due to the back pain I have from an old injury. Don’t believe the line of “medium firm” it’s more like “cloud soft” so keep that in mind. My review is neutral due to me being able to just fall asleep instantly which is something I don’t normally do. If you want the fluff this is for you, if you want something rock hard then don’t count on this to be it.

I bought this mattress in the Queen Size for my guest room. I was very skeptical to purchase a mattress online but decided to give it a try. I am really glad I did!! The mattress arrived on time and was packaged very well. The mattress expanded to 12 inches as expected. The mattress expanded to about 10 inches immediately and then the remaining 2 inches over the course of a couple of days. The mattress is a nice looking mattress. But most importantly my guests commented - The mattress is amazing!! They were very complimentary regarding the mattress and how comfortable it was. I have also slept on the mattress myself. Very nice mattress that offers a good support system. I highly recommend this mattress. I have no regrets.

Fails over time. I have had this mattress for about a year and we are in the market for a new one. This mattress was great for about 6 months and then began breaking down to the point where I wake up in pain almost every morning. I contacted the local store I bought it from and they said I have owned it for too long for them to do anything so I would not really call that 100% satisfaction guarantee. It would probably be great for a guest bedroom or something that is not used daily.

I was a little bit on the skeptical side that this was going to be a 12 inch mattress when it came in. But after we got it out of the box and set up it lives up to its brand and description 100%. This was a new bed for our son's room (twin ultra plush) and he loves it. Sleeps so much better than he did on the old spring mattress. I would definitely recommend this mattress, it is very comfortable and easy to set up once it's out of the box it will take shape in 5 to 10 minutes. I love how easy it was to handle compared to a box mattress, like night and day. I do suggest getting a mattress cover or pad for it if you are buying for younger children since it is foam on top and will soak up everything.

The mattress is comfortable. I’m giving a rating of two stars because it wreaks of chemicals. It still smells just like it did the day it came out of the box and it’s been two months. The information pamphlet says it should stop smelling a few days after we unbox it. We have to air out the room daily.

I have had this mattress for a month and so far I really like it. It had a slight odor upon opening but I left the fan on as it fluffed up and the smell went away fairly quickly. It was not bothersome at all. I was used to a very firm mattress so this one was an adjustment but I actually like this one much better than any others I have tried. It is soft enough on top and firm enough underneath for good support. I have been sleeping better on this mattress than others I have tried or bought in the past. It is very reasonably priced and I am very happy with it. I highly recommend.

We bought a new mattress for our new camper. Slept like a baby the first night, and I never sleep good the first night out. We were amazed. So when we got back home, we ordered another mattress for our bed. Coming in a few days and I cant wait! This is a happy camper!

This mattress claims to be medium/firm. 100% not the case. I should have read the reviews because it is way too soft. To make a long story short, this is the worst mattress I have ever bought. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and purchase this bag of feathers.

Comfortable little bed for now! Sleeping on a daybed after the move and had to order this twin mattress up really quick. Picked up with no issues from local Sam's Club. It has been a couple of weeks and it is actually really comfortable. It's going to end up in the office as a spare bed and I know the kids or even a single adult is going to be very comfortable sleeping on it for a few days or even an extended visit. I am most happy with the purchase and even debating ordering one for my bed or stepping up to the hybrid one for my bed. The price can't be beat!
