The musty chemical smell is has been just absolutely horrible. I have been sleeping on this mattress a month and it still smells. I'm have been waking up with headaches since day one from the smell. Plus with the poor support you sink down in it to far. I don't recommend this Hotel 12" Premier Queen mattress and I would love to return it!

So I’ve only ever owned cheap spring mattresses they were way too firm and I’ve had back problems for as long as I can remember and I’m only 27. We got this mattress and I woke up so refreshed feeling. I need something that helps my pressure points and this did it! It does not sink me in but it curves to my body very lightly. I’m a side sleeper so this helped so much. I normally wake up with side pain and not anymore. Never woke in the middle of the night like I normally do. Both my kids have memory foam already but they’re twin mattresses so when we are ready to upgrade them I’d love to buy them the Members Mark one!! I never had any issues with a smell like the other reviewer and I only waited 24 hours it got up to 12 inches immediately but I still waited a day. Thank you Sam’s for selling an affordable comfortable mattress!

We have 2 queens of this mattress and love them. We tried a queen first before buying a king size. Have been really disappointed in the king. The king size mattress is so soft and already has dents after 4 weeks of use. We used the queen for 8 months and didn’t have any of the issues we’re having with the king.

Comfortable little bed for now! Sleeping on a daybed after the move and had to order this twin mattress up really quick. Picked up with no issues from local Sam's Club. It has been a couple of weeks and it is actually really comfortable. It's going to end up in the office as a spare bed and I know the kids or even a single adult is going to be very comfortable sleeping on it for a few days or even an extended visit. I am most happy with the purchase and even debating ordering one for my bed or stepping up to the hybrid one for my bed. The price can't be beat!

I feel like my bed never fully expanded, it’s supposed to be firm and it is the softest bed ever and not in a good way. I have tried to return but it is already is out of box in my apartment and I don’t know how to bring it back. Customer Support didn’t help me when I called :( help!

This was supposed to be medium firm, but it's the softest mattress I've ever felt. I waited over 24 hours for it to expand fully. The top material is lumpy. Unfortunately, I picked up from store instead of online, so only way to return it is to take back to store. I called to confirm options and advise no way of fitting it in my car. I was told to rent a truck to bring it back if needed. (In a very rude tone). Will be canceling my Sam's membership.

This mattress claims to be medium/firm. 100% not the case. I should have read the reviews because it is way too soft. To make a long story short, this is the worst mattress I have ever bought. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and purchase this bag of feathers.

I cannot say enough good things about this mattress!! It is incredible to wake up with no pain! My husband and I are sleeping better than we have in years! Setup was easy. It does take a little time to allow it to fully expand (it comes compressed). There are no pressure points.

Had this mattress now for about 3days. It’s exactly what it states itself to be as a “hotel premier” mattress. Now let me explain. Have you ever been to a hotel and the beds are really soft, whether through years of use or the type of mattress it is? Well this is exactly that. Can I get into bed and knock out? Yessir! However in my case, I wake up with super back pains. I typically sleep on a firm bed due to the back pain I have from an old injury. Don’t believe the line of “medium firm” it’s more like “cloud soft” so keep that in mind. My review is neutral due to me being able to just fall asleep instantly which is something I don’t normally do. If you want the fluff this is for you, if you want something rock hard then don’t count on this to be it.

Husband and I love this mattress. Let it completely fill before judging. It is a plush feel on top with a medium firm feel lower layer. No sinking in. We are both hard to please with mattresses and love this one. I am a side sleeper and hubby is a combo sleeper. Just works in all positions. Very comfortable! Way to go Sam's!
