Bought this mattress in September 2024. By April, the mattress was sagging and uncomfortable. Tried to return, but was strung along until I gave up on returning. Do not buy this mattress!!! It will feel good for a few months, but it won’t go the distance. Wasting your money. Sam’s club really failed on quality and customer service! Won’t buy any big ticket items from them again.

Purchased two queen mattress’s guest bedrooms. Everyone remarked how well they slept on them! Arrived pretty quickly after ordered. Arrived in a large but not too bulky box. The mattress expands after unboxing. Not two heavy but does take two to maneuver due to size.

We have 2 queens of this mattress and love them. We tried a queen first before buying a king size. Have been really disappointed in the king. The king size mattress is so soft and already has dents after 4 weeks of use. We used the queen for 8 months and didn’t have any of the issues we’re having with the king.

I had a 5k high end name brand mattress I’d been sleeping on for years and then for the last few months I found I could not get comfortable on it no matter how I turned. I had slept on a full size of this mattress while recuperating from hip surgery and had found it extremely comfortable! So I decided to replace my expensive mattress for this one. Extremely smart decision! It is so comfortable! I do not have to constantly reposition.

This mattress was much softer than I thought it would be. When I lay down, I sink a little. I would not advise using a fluffy pillow with this mattress. Could be good if you sleep on your back but not your side or stomach. The edges have a lot of give so if you're not careful you could easily roll out onto the floor. It was easy to put on the bed. But make sure you don't break the plastic before placing it in the desire location. Once air hits, it expands. Also, I don't get as hot in this mattress as I did my other. Since I just have a car and not a truck, it was easy to transport. Just shove the box in my back seat.

We bought two of the XL Twin Firm mattresses. Before this purchase we had a sleep number bed. After20 years I still tossed and turned all night. With these new mattresses I placed a 1inch memory foam topper on them. I no longer toss and turn at night. So very comfortable on these mattresses. They came rolled and vacuum sealed in individual boxes. Never would have thought they would be this amazing. So glad we got them. Don't miss the sleep number at at.

I love how it feel and I am able to sleep so well to the point I don't want to get out of bed. my body does not get any aches or pain laying on it and this mattress actual helps with me not sweating at night like I have done with other mattresses in the past. All in all it was a great investment for the price it was and my body/my sleep is all the better for it.

Purchased this bed in full size for my daughters room and was so pleased I replaced my queen size bed as well. It is plush to the touch but definitely more on the firm side. The bed looks amazing and expensive. Very impressed with what members mark has to offer with this bed. I ordered online and they brought it out curbside and loaded it in my truck. The box has wheels for easier moving. Unloading was easy and it didn't give off any toxic foam smells that sometimes beds in a box do.

I have purchased the Serta mattress at sams and the quality is way different. This mattress is very weak around the edges and the corners are worse. If you are using a platform bed that is slatted the mattress will push right through so you will need some kind of support between your mattress and the slots. I would recommend the serta bed in a box over this one for sure.

Mattress is super comfy. I am 5foot 8 175 pounds and it is a perfect mid support mattress. I am a side sleeper and if the mattress is to soft or hard I wind up with back pain. I have had no pain with this mattress. It would be a 5 star but the workmanship on the mattress leaves a little to be desired. The cover you can tell was accidentally glued to the mattress in some spots causing the mattress to not rise completely. Also the cover is a little to large for the mattress making it too loose for the mattress. Like any foam mattress it smells awful for about a day or two till the smell goes away. If they can get the quality up just a little on the build it would be a 5 star
