This mattress arrived quickly and packaged well. It arrives rolled up but opens up immediately when unpackaged. It is softer than I expected and sinks down more than I'd like when sitting on the edge. However, when you lay down on the mattress and your weight is distributed, it is very comfortable, as I learned from sleeping on it one night to test it. Unless you like a firm mattress, I would recommend this product.

mattress was not quite as firm as I would have expected. although it is not bad. but that;s the reason for the 4 stars. I purchased also at the same time a 12 inch serta king which is how I made my comparison.I must say tho for the price 399 (queen) it can't be beat.

We bought a twin size for my teen daughter and she loves it. Didn’t need much time to inflate but probably because it’s a twin size. Absolutely no smell and I have a very good sense of smell. As far as some reviewers saying theirs flattened out, my daughter weighs 150 lbs and she does not sink into it. I laid in it myself and I didn’t sink in either. Our daughter says she has slept better than ever on this mattress. I’m considering getting one for myself.

I have had this bed for about a month now. It is very comfortable with medium support. It has some give, but you don’t sink down into the bed making it hard to reposition yourself during the night. When I climb into bed, the bed doesn’t “jiggle” and wake up my husband, which I like. This is the cheapest bed I have bought, usually going with Sealey or another well-known brand. This bed is the most comfortable bed I have owned!

I find it comfortable. The only concern is that if you sit on the edge of the mattress, it would be easy to slide off, If you stay in the middle of the mattress its fine. Being a TWIN XL mattress, it doesn't give much room for error. I purchased the Full size mattress a couple of years ago and I love it which is why I purchased this one.

Mattress is too soft

Bought this mattress on 02/06/2023. It is now 3 years old and it is junk. A year ago it started to bunch up in places, and now sags with no support. From the sounds of others comments, no point in trying to get warranty service. Both my wife and I now have back problems.

I really wanted to love this mattress, but I don’t. I ordered it in early December 2025, and have slept on it for a month and a half now and I just hate it and really regret getting a memory foam mattress, and an ultra plush one at that. I cannot get comfortable. No matter how I lie, be on either side, my back, my stomach, kind of on my side and stomach, I cannot get truly comfortable. I can’t sleep well either on account and I think I’m averaging about two to four hours of sleep per night. Getting off of this bed is so difficult and I messed up my right knee getting up and down off this bed that I had to barrow a walker from my 90 year old neighbor (I just turned 48!) because my knee was so painful and strained and trying to give out on me from getting up and down off the mattress. My lower back and hips are also always extremely stiff and sore now after nearly two months of ‘sleeping’ on this mattress. I’m now going to lol for a hybrid mattress and spend yet more money to replace this one that I can’t enjoy.

It's been a little over a year and we absolutely love this mattress. Putting on fitted sheets can take a little effort because of the weight, but no other complaints. Waking with no dull lower back pain was our primary goal and this firm mattress is the perfect for us!

I bought a Nectar mattress at Sams Club and had to return it for a refund the following day. It was advertised as a Medium-Plush, but was so firm it was like sleeping on a cement slab. I had pain from pressure at several points on my body. I ended up buying this Member Mark memory foam mattress in the medium firmness, as there was not much to choose from at my club. Well, I can report that I am very happy I did. It feels so soft and comfortable, while at the same time being very supportive. I am comfortable on my back, sides, and stomach. No matter which sleep position I get into, I feel like I am sleeping on a cloud. I was pleasantly surprised I was able to get such a nice mattress for $400. It was $100 less than the Nectar and over $800 less than my previous mattress, which was not that good either. In fact, I had to use a memory foam mattress topper on it in order to use it. Thank you Sams Club for offering this great mattress!
