The meat sticks are smaller size, and just about right for a little snack to keep in a pocket when you're out and about. Texture is good, the skin isn't too thick, and the filling feels right, not oily, not too overly processed. And the flavor is good, not overdone, not too peppery like some others.

I have a hard time eating products in the similar category as these because they normally have an overly processed salt overload flavor to them. These are the exception. I would recommend to anyone wanting to try a new type of jerky without the processed flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a box of Country Archer Mini Beef Sticks and I enjoyed it quite a bit. It's a good snack while on the go, on a hike, or just while at home. I've had these while running errands and in between meals while working from home. They have a nice saltiness to them. However, the downside for me is that the texture is a bit on the mushy side for me but I like the fact that they are made with 100% grass fed beef and sourced better. I would recommend these.
